Just love the way it assembled,I have 4 chairs and table and small side table. Look amazing. Great customer service with issue I had, resolved speedy.

We’re absolutely delighted with our experience at Mercer’s Furniture! The furniture itself is beautiful it looks amazing in our lounge and has completely transformed the space.

A special mention has to go to Jayne, who was incredible throughout. We had a couple of small issues, and she dealt with them immediately nothing was too much trouble. She was kind, polite, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us.

It’s rare these days to find such fantastic customer service paired with such great quality furniture. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Mercer’s Furniture to anyone!

Excellent company to deal with. Recently ordered a wardrobe from them and the doors got damaged due to my wheelchair catching them. (Not by me) Got in contact with them and found out they sell spare parts too, so ordered the replacement doors which were delivered within 4 days. Thank you Jayne for your help.

this parcel was 1 full day late after waiting in all day I had to wait an extra day and it was still late . not the couriers fault though

Wow. Do not buy from this company had to run around in circles to prove that th delivery company damged the item and ever then I was only offered £15 partial refund on a £200 product. I have now read on Amazon that they have been taken to the small claims court due to the fact that. When requesting a replacement on the product corona tallboy. 3 doors were sent. And all were damaged. Also. All the parts were not numbered so even Einstein would not be able to put it together avoid this company I have previously bought off this company and neve had any issues with them

We ordered a large table, which, when it finally arrived, we were very happy with. We believe it is good quality for a very fair price. The assembly was relatively straightforward.
That said, it is extremely unlikely I would ever buy from this company again due to the poor delivery experience and the downright rude treatment I received when trying to resolve the issue.
To keep the review brief I won't go into all the details but there was a problem with delivery. When I tried to explain this to the lady answering the customer service line (who's name I won't share out of courtesy) she refused to listen. There was a particular point that I wished to make and every time I tried to explain it, she talked over me. I eventually asked if she would please let me finish my sentence. She said she would and then promptly interrupted me before I had finished. She then accused me of raising my voice. I explained I was only doing that because she kept talking over me and I raised my voice when she did so to make the point that I had not finished speaking and that if she would simply let me me explain what I considered to be the critical point I would then stop and listen politely to her response. She put the phone down on me.
Nobody from Mercers ever attempted to contact me after that until today, when I received an email asking for a review.
They left me high and dry with no table and no information about what was going on. It took several days to resolve the matter directly with the woefully poor courier they use.
I would recommend them on the basis of the table we bought, but unless you can collect it from them yourself or arrange your own courier collection I would strongly suggest giving them a wide berth.

i bought a wardrobe from Corona/Mercers furniture company online and the wardrobe came faulty, the pieces were not numbered, took me 5 days to try to understand and i injured myself my harm was bleeding .
i had to call a carpenter that he charged me £300 to assemble the wardrobe for me there were screws missing and the pieces were not numbered.
i emailed the company so many times
.the costumer service was terrible ,very slow to reply .
They asked for the full refund to take the wardrobe in pieces again and they will send a courier to pick it up.or otherwise they can offer only £25.00 for it.and i can keep the wardrobe.
This is crazy after sending them the picture of my harm bleeding and the amount of days to put it together by the carpenter .
I am not in anyway taking the furniture in pieces after hurting myself and spending so much money on it.
i want the full refund of the furniture
this behaviour is against the law i am still within the 14 working days still there are not interested to give my money back.
Stay away from them they will rob you,

Seller keeps removing my review from ebay!!! Seller used Evri to deliver who delivered to wrong address! Parcel went missing.Seller not helpful and blamed the buyer for the loss. Seller had a legal obligation to make sure I received the parcel. Customer service from Jane was shocking! She kept referring me back to ebay instead of taking responsibility for the loss of my parcel. No refund or replacement offered. Lost out on my item, £49.99 and a days wages waiting in for the parcel.

Had the corona medium pot cupboard delivered. Unpacked it ready to put together. The holes don't line and it will not fit together.
Messaged customer services asking for a refund if sent item back. Nope show us photos of problem we sell loads they say.
Well come and put it together then. Wasted £45 as it's still on floor in our living room.

I've bought a full bedroom set of furniture (Corona range) from them, and multiple items have had screws of fitting missing, and some with missing/off position pilot holes. I've had to buy extra screws and fittings just to put bits together, adding a huge burden of time and effort, as well as taking up space in the room with unfinished furniture for more than a day.

I received excellent customer service from this company. I'd made a mistake when ordering and had no positive help from the large firm I'd ordered from or the delivery company. But Mercers were fantastic in sorting it out. I can't recommend them enough and would recommend going directly to them to order.

The fact that all of your furniture comes with clear instructions and the furniture is fab we have lots of different bits in our house.

A couple of pieces of the furniture were defective. I call them up and spoke to Jayne. She had the new parts sent straight out with no fuss and she was a pleasure to deal with.

I have 22 pieces of the Corona range, all purchased from Mercers furniture.
Every single piece was easy to put together and I have never had a single issue with damage or quality of the item I received. Some pieces I have are 10 years old, and they still look like new.
I wouldn't go anywhere else, thank you Mercers for always supplying such great quality items at budget friendly prices.
