Do not order from this company! If the item is on sale, which everything is. You cannot return it. It’s very deceiving. It says it has a full money back guarantee for 14 days. It does not. It will not give you a refund at all. If you ask, they tell you it’s a $30-$40 fee to ship it back and they may not receive it because it’s an international company. When I still asked to ship it back, I was told I couldn’t because it was barely on sale. And they do not give you a refund on any sale items.The dress I ordered was a very, very small medium. The quality was junk. I’m out $90 and feel like a fool. Do not order from this company! You’ll be sorry if you do.

TRYING TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY YOU ORDER ONE THING AND YOU GET SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. THERE’S NO WAY TO RETURN IT OR GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYBODY AND THEN YOU TRY TO DO A COMPLAINT AND IT GETS DENIED ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS EVIL.

Exact issues as others report. Poor quality, no refunds due to being “sale item,” conflicting timing on return between product page and policy gets an “additional” one time only offer of 20% refund. What a joke scam. Needs to be a way to stop this garbage.

I thought I was a savvy consumer until now. I know that images of models wearing clothes I’d like to purchase could be altered to highlight the item to its best advantage but usually in the description I would find the details I needed and based on that either purchase an item or not.
But with Mercer and Bloom this was not the case.
The item was described as a dress of cotton and linen. It was not. It was polyester. Through and through.
The fit was described as elegant and flattering. It was not. It was shapeless and oversized. I can’t verify the size because the sack of a dress I received had no labels. No size, material composition nor care instruction anywhere to be found so as to facilitate a valid return according to the sites convoluted refund policy.
And requiring photos to substantiate a return should be a RED flag. Going forward that will be enough of a reason to not buy from online sites that employ this condition.
Why isn’t there an oversight resource that penalizes foreign cimpanies with these business tactics? Regardless of country of origin.
Do not even think of doing business with this online retailer. You will not see your $€£¥ again. It’s a one way transaction that takes it and doesn’t give you anything of value.
I cut up the dress and use it to wash my windows.

I’m not sure they deserve a one star either. Please believe all that you read about their return policy. They are deceptive and the site is fraudulent. At no point does it say Final Sale No returns. In fact, it says 14 day return policy until you email them and they send you a link to read their return policy. I called my credit card company immediately and disputed the claim. The handbag was $134. On sale.

BEWARE!! This company is deceptive in every way . I purchased in good faith a "linen" dress and summer jacket for a total of $133. The quality of the dress and jacket were so low grade I can't even find the words . The dress wasn't linen and the jacket was a wrinkled mess and the buttons didn't line up! When I attempted to request a refund they gave me a run around . They said at first that it was a "special promotion" and not eligible for a refund. When I insisted they finally forwarded the refund process . And a process it is. You had forms to fill out and you had to send pictures . They tried to discourage you at every turn . But I was determined until I went to mail it -&80 to China . Plus no guarantee it would ever get to "Mr Lee" in some weird address . So I gave in and they agreed to give me 25%.-$32. I donated the outfits and chalked it up to experience. But I have yet to get my refund . It's over 2 weeks and they are blaming my bank . This is so frustrating. NEVER BUY A THING FROM THIS DECEPTIVE BUSINESS.

They did not send me the same dress that they advertised and they said I could return any item with thin a certain time limit. Then they said that I could not return the items because the items were discounted and they sent an attachment that stated that policy. Even if that was the case, they still shipped an item that was not pictured on their website. It was poor quality , a different design and a different color. I want my money back.

Clothes went straight into the clothes recycling bin.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I emailed them about their return policy before I bought 2 dresses. When they came they were garbage material, thin and see through, and the size it said I should be was WAY off. When I tried to return the dresses, that's when they finally told me about the $30-$40 price to return and that many items are being "lost in transit." After I spend $30-$40 on a return it might not make it to them, so I may not get my return anyways... What?! They suck. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

What a scam! They send am item that looks nothing like the picture but because it was on promotional price can only be returned if defective or damaged

0 stars. Fake, product looks nothing like the photos. They say authentic leather - not true. The product is stinky vinyl crud. Then no returns because their policy says anything that is on sale is not eligible, and of course, everything they sell is on “sale.” I went through my cc company and got a refund after explaining this scam. The sites that allow these types of scam companies to advertise
(I.e.Pinterest) should be penalized in some way. Pinterest must know they aren’t legitimate…very bad look.

The item I received looks nothing like the product that was advertised on their website. The fabric, appearance, and overall quality are significantly different from what was shown in the product listing.

Mercer and Bloom runs out of China and they pretend to sell cotton and linen clothes when actually the goods are all made in and look nothing like they do in their site.. TOTAL SCAM.

I bought a linen blend dress for 60 € and it arrived from China with even the description on the package « Poliester dress «  as well as the label on the dress.. I wrote to customer services because there is no call centre of course as they are in China. They wrote back saying no refund at all for sending me a poliester dress nothing like on one I ordered..
These kind of companies should be SHUT DOWN as it is THEFT AND FRAUD

This site looks great, and I did receive the item I ordered, however the quality was much lower than expected, and returns are near impossible and expensive. I was quoted a return shipping price of $40, almost half the original cost of the item, and told that it would take a long time and a refund would not be issued until the item was received and inspected at their international office. In the end I gave the dress away and am out about $80. Live and learn, and I should have done more research to begin with, but if I can keep someone else from making the same mistake I would like to do so. Don’t order from this site.

I would give less than a star if I could. Bought a dress that was advertised as a linen wrap dress and received what can only be described as a Halloween costume. Went through customer service and they offered 10% of my money back after I paid $40 to ship it back. Customer service is a joke. Basically they hope you give up so they can keep your money. Ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card through my credit card company.

Only giving a 1 because 0 is not an option.

I am also here to say that this is a scam. The dress I ordered is absolute junk. It is not linen as advertised (95% polyester 5% elastane). They're in the midst of trying to deny me a refund. There should be legal ramifications for companies that operate like this.

I would give Mercer and Bloom ZERO STARS if I could. The clothing you receive looks nothing like what is advertised and they post multiple confusing and contradictory policies.
