If I could give them no stars I would. Do NoT order from this company. They are truly bait and switch. Try getting a refund! They are outright crooks who show a well designed website and what you receive is garbage! Again, buyer beware of this company. I ordered in good faith and got the shaft!!

Sandals purchased came from China. First bad impression was the packaging, crumpled and wrap with tape. The quality was very poor, dimples in the foot pad due to poor manufacturing. One strap had a blemish on it. The sale page had a 14 day return statement but when I requested a return I was told returns weren’t eligible for sale items.
All around a very unhappy experience.
Do not buy from them!!!

I ordered a casual set of clothing which included pants, a coordinated top and a loose tunic style jacket. What I received looked nothing like the picture and the quality of the fabric was so poor I would not wear it to shop at Walmart. The seams of the jacket were basically basted together and the sewing was just as poorly done throughout the rest of the set. The coordinating top was not at all what had been pictured in the ad. To say that I am disappointed is a gross understatement m, but it taught me a lesson. Do not order anything on line without going to an independent site and checking customer reviews.

Horrible, scam, and pathetic clothing and customer service. DO NOT fall for their clothing or descriptions. I thought that I bought a linen top and it is plastic.

They advertise orthopedic trendy fashion shoes when in actuality they are overpriced shoes with no comfort or support. I requested a return and they have not responded back.
When they delivered my shoes they were in plastic bags from China rather than shoe boxes. They never marked my shoes delivered so I never received a proper receipt to initiate returns.
The quality is poor and offer no orthopedic support. They have not approved my refund or exchange. The shoes are too big so I can’t even wear them.
They are targeting an older population of clientele that need comfort and support while wanting to dress fashionably. This is a shame! Don’t advertise orthopedic shoes if they aren’t. DO NOT buy from them!

Don’t do business with Mercer and Bloom. They are crooks and will steal your money. If you even receive a product it will be shoddy and cheap. They sent me wrong size and color shoes. Their return claims are lies. Don’t waste your money or time.

Order a bag for my daughter, described as suitable to fit a 16inch laptop. Bag arrived and it tiny. Customer service have responded and advised they will need to contact their warehouse before issuing a refund, so still awaiting the refund.

I wish I knew about Trustpilot before I purchased from Mercer and Bloom. I did a quick google search and was comforted by the "online boutique" statement that I read. I should have dug deeper. The dress I bought was listed on their site as a cotton and linen mixed fabric with a 4.4 out of 5 rating from 4900+ reviews. The dress is 100% polyester. I was assured of a "full refund" of my $64 but was warned that return shipping would cost $30-$40 for shipping. After some back and forth with them over email, they offered 15% cash back and I would not need to return the dress. What an insult. When I tried to access the 4900+ reviews for the dress I found out they weren't accessible. It's probably just an image they cut and pasted from a real site.

My disputes were successfully resolved in MY FAVOR.

Why oh why did I not read these customer reviews before wasting my money on these impulse purchases? Products are NOT linen nor leather. Cheap, crappy products. Do not be deceived by the edited photos online. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Even Target has better quality products.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The shoes were too small and I immediately asked to return for a full refund - which they state on their website. But I had to pay for shipping to China which is $35 and the shoes were $50! Their site says "easy returns." What a joke! They offered to refund 15% ($9) and keep the shoes - which don't fit!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The dress that I ordered that cost $70 and no way was close to what was shipped to me. Cheap material, wrong color and not at all what I ordered. won’t refund me the full amount. Would only give 15% back. Do not order from this company. What a scam. Just know that everything ordered from here comes from China.

they sent me the wrong item. when i let them know they said i could return it but had to pay international shipping of $40 or they would give me a 25% refund, which they said was all their return policy woudl allow. I explained this was NOT a return-- they sent the wrong product. multiple emails and way too much time. the product they sent was cheaply made and looked it. do not order from here.

I tried to cancel this order within 2 hours of making it after reading the horrible reviews. They were definitely not lying. The shoes I received were just plain junk, and they refused to refund them, instead offering a 15 percent refund, which I will probably never receive. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money on these scammers.

I ordered a mini dress with full sleeves and no buttons, they sent me a maxi dress with tight sleeves, buttons and a big ruffle! They want to give me 20% of my money back. What a joke. Do NOT order from these people.

Do not order from this company! If the item is on sale, which everything is. You cannot return it. It’s very deceiving. It says it has a full money back guarantee for 14 days. It does not. It will not give you a refund at all. If you ask, they tell you it’s a $30-$40 fee to ship it back and they may not receive it because it’s an international company. When I still asked to ship it back, I was told I couldn’t because it was barely on sale. And they do not give you a refund on any sale items.The dress I ordered was a very, very small medium. The quality was junk. I’m out $90 and feel like a fool. Do not order from this company! You’ll be sorry if you do.
