After visiting a few stonemason companies around Birmingham with my children to choose a bespoke headstone as we had already a vision in mind for my lovely husband we all agreed on Jane as she was so reassuring, friendly, patient and had excellent advice. From the initial enquiry to the installation everything was handled with precision.

The staff are very friendly and understanding the emotion that goes with choosing just the right headstone for your loved ones.

I had a minor hiccup on the second lot of gilding and it was sorted out within 48hrs; what service!

This is the second time I have used The Memorial Company, the first time 15 years ago when my mum died and more recently when my dad died and they fail to disappoint. I dealt with Venetia on both occasions and I have found her sympathetic, friendly and helpful, offering advice and suggestions for the engraving. I was kept informed at all times of the process and the headstone was beautiful once installed, and just what I wanted. A fitting tribute to my parents. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.
