Killer Fees
The price at first was attractive. The fee that regal charges is $5 then to buy the actual ticket there is another $5 fee. The price for the ticket is about 10% off after all the fees. That and the extra leg work is a pain. Then I did not even get to use the ticket.

Absolutely a nightmare
Absolutely a nightmare! I am never booking with this company again. Booked the same reservation TWICE and quickly called to cancel the duplicate. Memberdeals refused to refund the second one and wanted to charge me a penalty of one nights stay for canceling. Don't use this company. They claim you have to cancel within a deadline and that deadline was 24hrs BEFORE I even booked in the first place. Ridiculous.

The price kept changing
The price kept changing, despite the fact that the initial price said it included taxes and fees. It included neither. Because I was juggling money for such a large purchase, a five minute affair took me a full half hour. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: This is not a case of fluctuating prices. The actual price stayed the same. But the first checkout screen added fees. And then the second one added taxes. These are not fluctations. This is the site lying to me when it said that fees and taxes were included in the initial price.

Booked a hotel through MemberDeals
Booked a hotel through MemberDeals. Waited for the confirmation. Paid through PayPay. Because this was my first time with not booking directly through the hotel, I called the hotel to make sure they received my reservation. They didn't. I called MemberDeals. Was on hold back and forth for a while where the customer service representative told me that the hotel reservation never went through because the room type wasn't available anymore. I told them I had received a confirmation from MemberDeals and PayPal took the full amount. Once again, after going back and forth, the rep told me she would process the refund and put it as a failed booking but it would take up to 8 days to get a refund back. Now I am out of that money and have to wait before booking another hotel. Was I going to show up at the hotel with no reservation and that money gone? It took me calling to find out? Were you not going to process the refund unless I called as well? Completely unprofessional. Not to mention, when the representative went over the room types that were available, the one I booked was still there....scammers.

This service is a scam
This service is a scam. It offers disconnect tickets, but you better not have any type of emergency or you will not get your full refund back. I purchased tickets for two people for the Bronx zoo, but had an emergency on the day that I was scheduled to go a week before it was time for me to go. I put in for a credit not even a refund just so I can use it on a different day and they charge me 10% of the original costs and then refuse to give me an additional voucher or gift card or promotion code to offset the cost. It’s not user-friendly at all in order for me to even get the credit. I had to send an email and make a phone call. I will not use the service again.
