One of the worst experiences
We paid for the room, walked up to the room. The room next to us had multiple fans running, which appeared off. Then as I opened the door to our room, the smell of mildew was so strong. I noticed very quickly why, the carpet was soaked. It reeked of spoiled water. Then as my wife and I got into bed, the pillow cases were dirty. Horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

No instructions on how to redeem or use the e-tickets I just bought? I buy them (through the Bank of America credit card reward site) on your website, then how do I use them to at one of your theaters? If I book tickets for a particular showing at a particular theater, at online checkout, how do I use them to pay? No field descriptions given. The whole process is not thought through.
