I've played this site for over 5 years never had a problem good payouts just same as the monopoly/rainbowriches/doubblebub only 1 that I think is not very good is virgin but absolutely nothing wrong with meagways guys gambling is a game of winning and losing ya can't always win so when you lose ya can't put a bad review to put people of a site that's not fair I would advise anybody to have ago on this site always been good in my eyes!!!!!

Played on this site since 2008 when it was starspins before it rebranded to megaways. 2 months ago they asked me to provide a wageslip to prove my earnings, I provided this, then they wanted a bank statement, I provided this, then they asked for further bank statements, which was then followed by a phone call asking all sorts of questions, what do I spend my money on, what do I do in my social time etc, how many people do I live with, scrutinise every payment on bank statement, then asked for more documents, like wanting letters from company’s/ people that I pay direct debits to, to prove what the direct debits for, whilst asking for all this they closed my account until I would provide all of this info. So after 15 years of being a member of this site they suddenly want all this info? Needless to say I told them forget it and keep the account permanently closed! They will end up knowing more about you than the tax man/ government! All for a gaming site and you’ve got to trust a gaming site to keep all that info secure… urrr no thanks!

I have tried a few slot casinos online = this is by far the best, great free prizes, nice layout, great new slots, easy to navigate, nice bonuses now and again.

Complete scam. Won money on a free spin promo, they immediately closed my account on all of their sites and have asked for increasingly ridiculous identification.

So far they have requested:

Picture of my passport
Proof of address
Pictures of my debit card
Pictures of all of the above while holding today's date
Pictures of all the above, outside my house with the house number in view, with today's date
A *video* of all of the above

To date, they have not unlocked my accounts and still hold both my winnings and my own wagers.

I've raised a complaint with IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) and suggest anyone else having issues with these clowns to do the same.

Edit: Customer Support ignored me and so I did some digging online; found email addresses for their board members. If anyone is having issues with these thieving scumbags then I suggest sending your complaint to the below:

I then recieved a response within the hour stating that my money and winnings had been sent to me but all accounts with their company would be closed and I would not be able to open a new one.

This site has to be the biggest con ever.. if your playing on a slot game and you have to re deposit. It makes you go to homepage and top up so this triggers the amount you have lost restart and any bonus rounds would be non existent. Closed this con of a site.

I am given money to test and trial on line casinos. This one is horrendous with very little fun offered. Used the 2k allocated and received very little features. On £4 stake the feature regularly returned less than £20. Far better out there and I would encourage anyone to avoid this one. Verging on outrageous!!!

This used to be a great site but there's definitely something suspicious about the way this site is now. In 20 yrs I've never known a site that's literally impossible to make a withdrawal. You lose mostly but win now and again. Here you never win ever!! Lowest RTP for their pragmatics, PnG for example is probably one reason why but it almost feels like the slots are rigged here. Just don’t bother, I get the fact that you lose and you win but you literally never win on this site,I always play a game until I get the feature then I come off and go on another game, I got the feature on £2.50 wager after about £120 played and I won £12 what a complete joke, I believe this site is linked to virgin games and they are just as bad, spend your money on some scratch cards you have more chance of winning

I honestly don't even know where to start with how BAD this company is now. The 1 stars speak absolute volumes.
They exclude people from promos - and don't tell them why, the hosts are mainly rude and self important, the games never pay out - and here is a fine example of how on top of their game they are.

They send me an email telling me to go opt into a promo, i click the link as i haven't played there for months because of how downhill it was going, and i can't even opt in because they have excluded me from onsite promos again.

Opened an account with Megaways Casino this morning, deposited £10. Played a bit, had to deposit another £10, to withdraw £9.51, as minimum withdrawal is £10. So account is now holding £19.51. Received an email about an hour later saying withdrawal unsuccessful, money returned to account. Go back to my account, to find it’s been closed. Rang their customer services who say my funds have been voided, without any clear reason. So basically, they’ve stolen my money. Now have to waste my time recovering money through my bank, and report them to the police and gaming commission. Avoid at all costs, and all Gamesys sister sites, Jackpot Joy, Monopoly, Rainbow Riches etc. They’re crooks.

If you're looking for a site with slots that pay 10's of pence prizes for £100's of pounds spent then Megaways Casino is the one for you!
I've just spent £500 on its fabulous slot "Eye of Horus Megaways" where I was treated to 20 & 80 pence wins occasionally and I'd only spent £100. The only thing was they were very occasional, maybe 10 or so of them. Undeterred, I carried on and eventually got the bonus up 4 times. Unfortunately none of them occurred until after I'd spent £300. In order I won £6, £10, £8 and then a huge and fabulous £37!!!
I realised my luck was in and spent a further £200. But I recognised the spins and realised the machine's cycle had come full circle and it was back to paying out pence not pounds. One fascinating fact. The bonus symbols during the bonus game also act as wilds during the base game and plenty of them appear in the base game but they're always one reel out and hardly ever affect the wins. However, and this is the fascinating part, during the bonus free spins round you need them to add free spins and reach the high paying symbols but they suddenly disappear from the reels and you're lucky if you see three of them during the 12 free spins which means you only receive a small payout usually (hence my wins of £6, £8 and £10).
