Then out of no where they locked me out of my account and all their sister sites, after providing I.d they said it’s completely verified (bearing in mind I won £500 and withdrew it with no problems a few days before) now their saying I need to wait for a phone call? Never heard of such nonsense from an online casino,why would they need to phone me if I’m already fully verified. I guess I’ll just take my custom elsewhere 👍

This is what happen to me, self excluded many years back. I had forgotten until they sent me a come play bonus in my name and username details. I played the bonus and lost, then hook to play why not. I played and won cash they refused to pay me as said have another account with a sister account. And wouldn't pay as using a new debit card, and wouldn't pay as had multiple username accounts. I had one old account at old address. They blamed me and refused to pay my winnings # This site should be closed down and they should pay everyone back as its called gambling for a reason lose and that's it win and pay people don't just make up stuff loop holes to not pay people there winnings.
