Although I initially received the incorrect brand, I was really impressed with how the issue was handled. The customer service team was incredibly apologetic and genuinely helpful. They called me directly, took the time to resolve the problem, and rectified the mistake very quickly. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they are dealt with that really matters, and I felt the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated their professionalism and prompt response.
