My package came soaked
My package came soaked, as the drinks had leaked. I emailed you about this, but received no apology or offer of a refund. I was also surprised that the Asian shrimp paste was being sold 2 years after its best before date. No fish product should be offered this long overdue.

Quality service from Megaretailer
Megaretailer offer a wide variety of products that are competitively priced. Their delivery service is both quick and efficient. The packing of the parcels is far better than any of their online competitors, in both use of twin wall boxes and separately wrapped and boxed items inside the outer cartons. Finally when I contacted the company the customer service from Liubov was exceptional. I totally recommend this company.
