I know I paid my policy late but I didn't get a notification yesterday after paying.so m wondering if I will ever get any notifications in the future.

You sand me standard rating but you give me the answers I asked for as I said my policy is from 2016 not 2018 please advise

Comuncation is terrible. My first payment will come off on the 4th jan 23 and i havent even seen a copy of the proposal or agreed to the final offer yet.
I am extremely dissapionted as this is the company that i entrusted to assist me and so far there is nothing.
How do i even know that it is a legit company. I am really really worried and unsettled

I have dealt with a lady called Pinki, and she has been consistent in helping me, but I have not signed up as yet. I wanted to check credibility with other sites as well, and when I noticed that I could not pick up 'Meerkat' on Hello Peter, I became skeptical. Is Meerkat for real? We have been scammed so many times, everything seems too good to be true. Can you please find a way to assure me that Meerkat is not a scam?

Worst experience ever… as I’m not aware of how exactly debt works I expected to be guided throughout the process like I was told would happen. Now I’m stuck in something and can’t probably get out of it. I don’t know where in the process I am cause I’m getting conflicting information via sms, email and phone.

I've been in debt I couldn't even buy groceries... But ever since I joined meerkat things were starting to be better, I can even recommend it to a friend, family and colleagues. It's very helpful

I was misled that the process of debt reduction was going to commence on my payday which is 25th November 2022 but for some reason that did not happen without any explanation. I asked for an explanation concerning the debt cover which was said to be free but I did not get a full explanation on the matter. My wife is also said to be having debt with Russels which she claims that she never had any dealings with any Russels. The last time time I checked my installment was said to be R6400.00 but I have also received an sms stating any installment increase to seven thousand and something. No one bothers to even update me on the progress of my application. I am really saddened by this treatment as I consider myself already vulnerable due to debts. All in all I am not pleased with the service as promised.

The company according to my ratings I give them 99.9% because they do follow up about your problem and they don't enforce you to choice their company. They convince us as clients to take a good decision to trying to overcome our problems financially.
