I order pills months ago and never received them called the number she said don't worry they will come just delayed I said ok then I ended up in the hospital for a few months forgot about it to be honest well I was going through my receipts and realized I had never got my pills company refuses to send them or give me refund I think all the reviews on here must be lies because this was a terrible experience and now I'm out 40 bucks .

Excellent service. Really thankful I don't have to go out and risk getting Covid-19 or exposing my family members just to get my routine migraine medication I've been taking for 20 plus years. My doctor does not offer virtual visits currently so I decided to try Medzino. I filled out the detailed questionnaire and made payment (very reasonable price for my generic sumatriptan) and got the same dosage and amount of pills I would have gotten from an in person doctor visit. I received my medication in a few days in the mail. Highly recommend Medzino.

I ordered from Medzino for the first time on Monday 9-28 and received the meds the following Saturday 10-3.

I'm on an old droid smartphone and could not add the product to the cart, trying everything I could think of including selecting desktop site. I emailed them and heard back nearly immediately. They checked several things and I tried several times more with no success. They were very helpful. At their suggestion, I downloaded a new browser (Brave), more up to date than the phone browser and also has great privacy features.

I breezed through the order process which is very step by step and easy to execute. My files and pix uploaded easily.

Once I received confirmation my order was placed I was pleasantly surprised that they processed it same day, including physician approval.

The next day the order was shipped from the pharmacy.

Probably the best customer service I have received in 10-15 years. Every time I call or email, they have responded courteously and efficiently the same day, often within an hour or two. The couple of times I have contacted them, it was usually an issue on my end. Couldn't figure out how to load my ID, and had a change of address another time. Never had an issue with shipping or timeliness of my order. Just refreshing in the volatile climate we're in to not be treated like a replaceable commodity.
