I was desperate to receive my order by end of the week and was lied to about my order shipping 11/15. Order has still not shipped even though I was told by phone and email that the pharmacy would ship 11/15. VERY UPSET and untrusting of this company.

I'm an extremely happy customer and plan to be back. I confess at first I was worried that I was getting scammed just because there are many online scams these days and I was a new customer. I sent them an email practically every day and always received an extremely polite and reassuring email back, and then got a tracking number for my order. For a couple of days it didn't show up in the USPS website and that worried me, too, but I found out then that sometimes it takes a few days for the post office to actually acquire these tracking numbers. In about a week I received my order just as I expected at a very reasonable price, too. I can't thank these nice folks enough. Arrived from a very reliable pharmacy in Kentucky. Really good customer service, extremely polite, forgot to mention I made a phone call too and they were very nice then as well. Couldn't be happier.

Useless
Useless. They advertise a diagnosis and medication. I got the diagnosis for 139 dollars but no medication. The diagnosis was a foregone conclusion. I just wanted to use this site to try the prescription discreetly.
I asked for a refund and they replied no. Save your money.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer any treatment for ADHD as many ADHD medications are considered controlled substances which we legally cannot prescribe online. However, we have a psychiatrist on our team that helps get patients a step closer to treatment making ADHD care more accessible by providing official evaluations/assessments that can lead to a formal diagnosis. When completed in-person, these evaluations are usually much more costly and time-consuming so we try our best to provide a way to get this done in an easier way. That way your local doctor or mental health provider can just pick back up with treatment, including medication.
The reason other pages on our website state we offer medication is because, for every single other condition on our website, we can help prescribe medication and ship it straight to your home. Unfortunately, the only exception is our ADHD assessments which is why we go into detail about this on the ADHD page (https://www.medzino.com/us/adhd-assessment/) so that all patients can review and know what to expect prior to submitting their consultation.

My doctor wanted to charge me $400 for…
My doctor wanted to charge me $400 for an office visit just to renew an old prescription. I found Medzino on the web and they are a life saver. They only charge $20 for telemedicine with a doctor where I only had to send in photos of my skin condition. After other verifications, I received my medication via mail within a few days - from a pharmacy. Their technical support was super friendly and responsive!!

False advertising
This company is misleading and provides false advertising. After attempting to get help with adhd treatment, while everywhere plastered on their site says they are licensed in all 50 states and you don't need a pharmacy, apparently in small almost invisible type there is one place that says they do not provide treatment outside of TX. They stole my money and have caused me mental anguish. Save yourself the time.
