Do you need someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and has integrity? Then all your boxes are checked when you work with Kathe and Angie, her assistant. And this is coming from someone who is NOT a client because Kathe directed me to a better alternative that is offered to AT&T retirees. Kathe spent a lot of time with me going over Medicare basics, plans, parts, etc and recommended what she thought was the best plans until I mentioned in passing that I worked for AT&T at one point in my career. So even though she expended so much of her time explaining and recommending, she led me in a different direction that didn't benefit her. How do you beat that type of service? You don't. She is an exceptional asset to have on your side and you can rest easy that she will provide the best options for you!

Being new to Medicare the process was to say the least daunting. I never received more mail, from every conceivable medical company regarding why I should buy there plan. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Kathe. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what I needed to do. It was painless and she got me signed up for a supplemental plan with a good drug plan. I can’t recommend more highly the services of Kathe and Angie.

I was content with my Medicare coverage but in a conversation with Kathe Kline she made me realize that I did not have a drug plan. This was because (1) I took no prescription drugs and (2) no one told me I needed one. she informed me that, because I had no drug plan in addition to my supplement plan I was incurring additional significant lifetime penalties each month. I immediately signed up for a drug plan and, although I do pay penalties, it could have been a lot worse had she not caught this.
