As soon as the magical 65th year rolls around your phone rings with call after call from Medicare consultants. Kathe just sent a friendly note letting us know she was there to answer any questions and concerns we might have when the time was right for us. Once we were ready - she spent a very long time with us - reviewing every situation we could think of with absolutely no pressure. The pre-meeting information was a real eye opener and much appreciated prior to conversation. Thanks Kathe for the information, patience and time you spent. This is an incredibly overwhelming and difficult decision that one is terrified not to make incorrectly and your guidance is very much appreciated!

With all the constant changes in insurance coverages and rates these recent years it is well beyond the average person to be current. Kathe is a great guide thru this maze, and the plus is Kathe and Angie are just good, kind, and trustworthy people. We're happy we have them!

We were very satisfied with our current plan and provider, but had noted a new plan being offered by them and were interested in some of the new benefits. When trying to explore the differences, we were overwhelmed by the amount of data and "medicare speak" in trying to determine if we should try the newer offering. Her assistant, Angie, responded quickly to our request for an appointment and assisted us in providing the info needed for our meeting. Met with Kathe and she helped us compare the two plans, thoughtfully based on our conversations about our needs and what was working for us and what could be better. We were not rushed or pressured to change our plan. Chose the new plan offering and benefits that better fit our current medical and life style needs. DEFINITELY a 5 star experience!
