I purchased a Mecpow x1 laser, not knowing that the Mac OS software had yet to be released. Initially, I was worried I wouldn't be able to use it, but I contacted Mecpow support, and they helped me right away. They sent me a beta version of the software so I could use it right away. Everything was done in less than 24 hours. Top-notch support.

I bought a new laser module for my X4 engraver. At first I had problems attaching the air hose, because the spare part I received did not have a quick connector for the rubber hose. I asked the Mecpow service team for a solution and quickly received excellent instructions for replacing the quick connector. Excellent work from the Mecpow service team!

Un petit soucis au démarrage, un mail envoyé au vendeur et dans la foulée une réponse très rapide qui m'a permis de me dépanner dans l'heure. C'est ce que j'appelle un service après-vente très efficace. Merci pour votre technicité et votre gentillesse

I had an issue with my exhaust fan. The company sent me a firmware update and the problem was solved.

On a side note, I upgraded to the 40w laser module and I am extremely happy with my I upgrade. Cuts are better and faster.

Ho comperato un loro laser qualche mese fa che purtroppo non ha mai funzionato. Ma ogni volta che li ho contattati sono stati gentilissimi e celeri nella risposta e ora provvedono a mandarmi un pezzo di ricambio, senza tanti giri di parole. Assistenza top.

Ich habe den Laser X3 Pro und einiges an Zubehör von Mecpow, womit ich sehr zufrieden bin, vor allem bei Preis/Leistung. Nach ein paar Monaten hatte ich dann Probleme mit dem Laser. Dieser wurde immer schwächer trotz Reinigung. nach Schilderung des Problems mit dem Support und erfolgloser versuchter Fehlerbehebung habe ich einen neuen Laserkopf zugeschickt bekommen.

Some time ago, I ordered and paid for replacement lenses for my Mecpow X4 Pro on the Mecpow website. That was weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. Last week, I tried to find a phone number for this company, but it appears to be nonexistent. It seems this company simply doesn’t want to communicate with customers. You can leave a message on their website (which I’ve now done twice), and both times, I received the same meaningless email in response, asking for the same information (which I’ve already provided at least three times). In my opinion, Mecpow offers terrible customer service, and I’m left with the strong impression that this company falls into the category of untrustworthy online sellers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?

I've been looking at buying a laser engraver and one thing I've been checking is how quick and helpful their customer service replies are to my emails asking questions about their laser engravers. Mecpow responded to my questions in less than 8 hours and answered all of them. I am impressed with their answers and quick response and once I have enough money, I will be going with them for my laser engraver.

The service was great they diagnosed the problem first shot. Love the product .in .fact I have used up the laser module and ordered a new one

Me compré la máquina a través de amazon. La verdad que me resultó complicada de montar y de empezar a usarla, ya que tienes que utilizar un programa específico y saber programarla, pero luego ya resulta sencillo.
Tuve problemas para el cortado y no quedaba bien, contacté con atención al cliente y estuvimos enviándonos correos hasta que se resolvió. Me guiaron en todos los pasos que tenía que dar a través de vídeos, muy contenta con la atención.

Ein hervorragendes Support Team das dir unmittelbar kompetent weiterhilft. Hatte einen stärkeren Laser benötigt und entsprechendes Zubehör. Bestellung , Lieferung alles kein Problem und sehr schnell. Immer wieder gerne !

Had a setup question for the software used with the x5 laser cutter, response was fast and worked right away. Product is not perfect but good value for money. Recommend it for home users and beginners.

Ho avuto un problema con l'app MKSlaser per usare il controller offline per non tenere il PC impegnato con la macchina mecpow X3 pro 10 watt. Ho contattato l'assistenza e gentilmente mi ha risposto risolvendo. Grazie mille della disponibilità e gentilezza.

X4 Laser very impressive. I'm a nuts and bolt guy, well built quite sturdy and heavy. The user manual is weak in some needed detail. Needs some more information concerning using some of the usual software.

I did need to contact support for guidance. The support team did respond, and with the solution. The solution should have been included in the user manual.

Aside from the initial questions, I surely would recommend the purchase of the X4 Laser, no regrets here..
