Not recommended.

Their fleet is poor, their technology is unreliable, and their customer service is a complete mess.

Cars are damaged, radios don’t work, reservations are unreliable, and sometimes the car simply won’t lock properly when you end the trip.

When something goes wrong, good luck getting help. I waited 23 minutes on the phone, only to be told that I was lying and that their phone had “never rung”. Instead of solving the problem, they argued, made excuses and wasted even more of my time.

Then they cancelled my account because they apparently didn’t like the fact that I was frustrated by their ridiculous and dysfunctional procedures.

That tells you everything you need to know.

The whole service feels cheap, amateurish and increasingly worse every time you use it.

Save yourself the frustration and skip this circus.

Tan justo de espacio en el parking , impossible de entrar, tomar foros etc. Viente Solo 100 km de autonomia con bacteria llena. Pocos sitios de cargar en la red y solo acarga lento. Customer service majo pero una ecxperiencia pesima.

Almost every time I rent a car (once a month) I have some issues — something is wrong with booking, or with app, or with parking and fuel cards. But cars are good and support team always help with all problems. Thanks for being electric, buy the way

1 estrellas porque no se puede menos, tenemos tiempo siendo clientes y el trato recibido ha sido nefasto
Nos han entregado el coche sucio (lleno de tierra y pelos de mascota)
De repente vemos un cargo de 60€ de multa reclamando las condiciones de entrega del coche cuando se ha reportado el estado del coche días anteriores.
Solicitamos mirar nuestro historial y nos indica la persona que ha llamado (bastante irrespetuosa quiero aclarar) que ella solo hace el cobro y si tenemos algún problema contactemos por correo
Trato fatal a los clientes y una estafa total. Me daré de baja y perderán un cliente que les alquilaba todos los fines de semana.
