The Microsoft MS-900 material is completely outdated. None of the questions matched the actual exam — not a single one from the list I paid for appeared.

Please note that our practice tests are designed to align with the official exam objectives. They use similar wording and question formats, but they are not — and cannot be — identical to the actual exam questions. This is strictly prohibited by Microsoft’s policies, and we fully respect and comply with those guidelines.

I purchased a set of practice exams. They were Very different in form and content to the exam itself. So I requested a refund as per the terms. Was effectively ghosted from that moment on.

Disappointing experience
It’s disappointing that MeasureUp has removed the upload feature, which was such a critical part of the product. I don’t always have time to review every single question right after finishing an exam, and without the ability to upload and revisit my work later, the usefulness of this tool is severely reduced.
I will be switching to another product that offers this basic functionality. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to beg for such a simple option just to access my own data. Even a basic export button could have replaced the discontinued upload feature. Instead, MeasureUp penalizes customers for something as minor as accidentally hitting the X button—this is poor design and creates unnecessary frustration.
To make matters worse, the only alternative provided is to pay extra for the Online version. That feels like MeasureUp prioritizing upselling over supporting their customers, which ultimately undermines trust in the product.

Out of 55 questions on the actual exam only "ONE QUESTION" was somewhat relevant to what measuredown content represents. Wasted a month with their useless questions and exam prep

Purchased this to prepare for my upcoming Comptia Exam and was initially satisfied. But while in a middle of a practice exam was logged off and now can no longer log in with the following message:
Something went wrong with reCAPTCHA. Please contact the store owner.
I tried utilizing a different browser and even a different machine with same result. Contacting customer service resulted in an email stating that they don't work on the weekends. I work full time and have other responsibilities that require me to study/prepare for my upcoming exam on the weekends. It seems that I just wasted $60.

extremely exploitive subscription policy. I signed up for monthly plan and I cancelled it last month in August 2025 but I am still being charged and their explanation is that even though I am charged monthly but my plan is for a year. How is that even possible ? Now I am paying for the service that I effectively don't use or don't need.

We’re very sorry for the confusion. Our subscriptions are based on an annual commitment, which can be paid either in a single upfront payment or in 12 monthly installments.
When you canceled, what was actually canceled was the automatic renewal for the following year. However, your current subscription remains active until the end of the original annual term.

Do not buy it!
1. User Interface is disgusting, outdated, primitive and created 100 years ago.
2. User Experience is horrible. Slow, complete lack of logic. Impossible to use it. I use, only, because I have spent my money on this crap.
3. Immediately after purchase, every day automatic bot spam e-mail. I had to block "measure up" domain. People are not working in this company, only bots and AI assistants. It's obvious.
4. I hate that I have bought training materials in there.
5. I will never, ever go back to this seller, no matter what product they will be selling.
