Pat McDonnell Paints Anmeldelser

We had a very positive experience with Pat McDonnell Paints in Raheen and, in particular, with Darius.

We initially had an issue which could easily have left us disappointed customers. However, the way Darius handled the situation was exceptional. He listened to our concerns, took the matter seriously and went out of his way to find a solution for us.

What impressed us most was the genuinely personal and professional way he dealt with everything. Rather than simply resolving the issue, he completely turned the experience around and left us feeling that our custom was genuinely valued.

Good customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly, but I think the real test is how a business responds when something goes wrong. Darius handled our situation brilliantly and has turned what could have been a negative experience into one that has made us loyal customers of Pat McDonnell Paints.

He is an absolute credit to the Raheen team, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service , great prices , very user friendly website , well done , thank you

Brilliant customer service and fast free delivery, so helpful for people like myself who don't drive.

I recently visited the Tralee store and met with Jules on several occasions since.
She is a fabulous person inside and out. Jules has a great eye and was a fantastic help to me. She helped me to colour match our kitchen and utility presses.

Amazing service. Ordered Sunday evening and it was delivered Monday morning. Wonderful

Fastest delivery ever! Paint and supplies outside our door in under 3 hours after ordering, phenomenal!

I'm delighted with the wonderful service I received. I ordered paints online and they were delivered within 12 hours. I'm so grateful for such speedy delivery. I wanted the same colour paint we had on the kitchen walls. I scrolled through the website and was able to see very accurate images of the colours on walls online. This was hugely helpful in deciding which colour to order. I appreciate such fantastic service!

This is my 3rd time ordering paints from here and have to say the service is top class, they have everything to choose from, priced very well and the door to door service with the free delivery is brilliant, got my order the next morning, ill be back everytime!!

Placed an online order for my dad on Friday afternoon and within minutes was notified that the order was ready for collection. It was collected after work and staff were very pleasant. My dad loves this paint store and will not shop anywhere else. The price for the non-slip decking oil was also less expensive than other retailers. I can highly reccommend pat McDonnell Paints.

Great value, excellent customer service and competitive prices. Now to get it on the walls! 😅🎨

Ordered a paint online in the weekend and collect it on a Monday. Website was easy to browse and no issue with the order. Got a call in the afternoon telling me it was ready for collection. Plenty of parking space.

Best service around, delivered direct to your door and prices that cant be beaten

I recently visited Pat McDonnell shop in Rathfarnham with only a vague idea of the colour scheme I want to use in my house. I was attended by a most patient, knowledgeable and helpful man who definitely knew his colours. Brilliant experience, don’t think I will ever go to another paint shop. Have since purchased some more sample pots, very quickly delivered. Wonderful service.

I ordered online and got my paints delivered the same afternoon! Exemplary company!

Great service. Really efficient delivery. Good range of products and very friendly staff. Always buy paints here.

Excellent service from ordering online to delivery. Fast delivery too!Would recommend 👌

First class service, first class products, first class experience! I ordered on a Monday and paint was delivered (free delivery) on Tuesday. Customer service reps were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I couldn't recommend this company enough!! The range of paint is amazing plenty to choose from. They contacted me not long after I ordered paint to arrange my delivery which was free. Will definitely be ordering from there again!!

I had a fantastic experience with Jules McElligott at Pat McDonnells in the Tralee store. She helped me choose colour schemes for two sitting rooms, making the whole process easy and enjoyable.

Jules really listened to my ideas while offering suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of. Her eye for colour is exceptional, and the final results are fresh, inviting, and perfectly balanced.

Professional, patient, and genuinely passionate about her work, Jules made me feel confident in every decision. I’d highly recommend booking in with her, she truly transforms a room!

We found Jules (the interior designer) so helpful and patient with us when deciding colours for our entire house. It made life so easy for us and we were extremely happy with the chosen colours and the whole experience.
