Service client d’une condescendance incroyable !!!! Problème de livraison avec UPS (devine ....) aucune tracabiliter sur l’expédition et quand vous leur envoyés un mail ils répondent par un screen !!! Même pas un bonjour ou un mer2... Heyyy je suis pas votre copine moi .
Vu le prix excessif des pièces et le reste, un conseil aller sur aliexpress ou Alibaba c’est beaucoup moins cher et au moins eux respectent leur clients

Extortionate prices for such low quality plastics that arrived absolutely shattered with black debris all over inside box. Contacted support for return/refund they refused which I have got in contact with my bank and reported it to stop payment as goods arrived damaged. Absolute cowboys

Absolute top company and amazing staff. Had a full Carbon kit fitted on my RS3. Looks wicked all staff done a top job. I would 100% recommend anybody to go to Maxton Design. Thanks again. 10/10

I purchased multiple parts from Maxton directly or from dealers, for 3 cars and yesterday I unpackaged a new spoiler that turns out to be completely invalid product. Shape is invalid, and uneven (invalid cutting or molding). Rear side is not gloss black, but matte, which is horrible. To make things worse on top of color and invalid shape, edge is square and sharp like someone was cutting ABS plastic for a school project.

They declined my return request due to 30days policy even tho product is in original boxing and packaging.

This is my last pruchase.

im really happy with my front splitter the guys fit it really quickly and the staff were really friendly. the waiting room had a racing sim also which was great.

Not sure what to expect from this product , but needless to say I was disappointed . the only part that had 3m tape was the boot spoiler, so there was more expense buying tape and automotive glue . The front splitter for my BMW G42 240 did not have pre drilled holes that you could have used after removing the existing splitter and reusing the fixings, they expect you to remove the front of the car to fit it . The design badge on the boot spoiler was up side down. The rear centre splitter did not fit correctly , it has got to be removed and hopefully repositioned so that there are no gaps on one side. I know you can't see the underneath of the spoilers but the finish seems very substandard ,not exactly the design technology you would expect for maximum air flow . I would not recommend this product and don't do what I did and buy on line without first seeing the product.

Very poor company and very poor quality products.

I am currently in dispute with the retailer on this. The retailer is saying I should take this up with the manufacturer, the manufacturer is saying I need to pursue this with the retailer. No matter who I should be chasing, the product has fundamental flaws which are not advised in the product description. Maxton have fobbed me off saying some prep, shaping and sanding will be required, which i do understand and was prepared for. My issue is I need bespoke brackets made just to fit this to the car. Not only that but the aperture within the RS bumper I have bought will not accommodate a standard Ford badge. These are not “prep, shaping, and sanding” issues and is nowhere mentioned on the product description. Maxton are just not willing to take this feedback on board. Pitiful and shameful company.

Stay well away from Maxton, they do not care. Also have a look on marketplace and eBay and see just how many Maxton products are available. Strangely these are being sold by people having never been fitted to their vehicles.

A35 W117 front splitter facelift.
Maxton design don’t put weights of splitter on there website while most of the splitter they produce are literally 1kg which is nothing but this- Product Code: ME-A-177F-35-FD1G+FD1RG this splitter weight is too much after installation car feels like a brick to drive due to the weights and design my own experience for people installing this on there A35 I would advise you to buy something else I can’t wait to take mine off before this I had a very light weight splitter everything was fine until I weighed the splitter I was shocked is on the heavy side it look good but it will spoil your driving experience, splitters like this should not be produced for such cars this type of design would have been for SUV

I was welcomed and shown around the place with all the amazing facilities and amenities available to use during my time there. Getting a chance to see the pieces ordered and how they'd look on my car before fitting was just perfect and unexpected! Truly an amazing experience and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I am formally disputing this transaction due to the unacceptable handling of my order and the company’s failure to resolve the matter fairly. In December 2025, I purchased a V2 kit for my 2013 BMW. After an unreasonable delay, I finally received the order in March, only to discover that the front lip sent was incorrect. Given the extended timeline, I have serious concerns regarding the company’s handling of this order and whether the wrong item was knowingly sent rather than the correct part being provided.

I made several attempts to resolve the matter, but the only communication offered was through email with an unidentified representative. This lack of direct and accountable customer service is highly unprofessional and creates a process that feels dismissive and unreliable.

I respectfully explained that, due to the excessive delay and my dissatisfaction with the overall experience, I wished to return the kit. However, I was told I was outside the return window for the remaining items, despite the company’s own failure to deliver the correct product in a reasonable timeframe.

This experience reflects a troubling lack of accountability, customer care, and business ethics. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this seller, as any issue appears to be met with impersonal communication, resistance to resolution, and little regard for fairness or customer satisfaction. I am profoundly disappointed in how this company has handled this transaction.

love the body kit parts i had installed. look really cool and aggressive. there was lots for me to do whilst i waited. recommend
