Had a flat tire on rt12 in Utica NY. Called numerous garages to get it fixed. They were really busy and could not get me in today. Their tires where overpriced. Called Mavis on Genesse St. the man on the phone gave me a price that was half of the competitor, then proceed to tell me he could do it right now. The team of guys that took care of me where top notch. They gave me such a good price I had sprung for two tires.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Skilled & Efficient

I took my wife’s car for NYS…
I took my wife’s car for NYS inspection. They took it right in and 35 minutes later it was done. It isn’t often that you find repair shops that keep on time for appointments. I’ve taken my cars there numerous times for work and they are always on time and do good work

The assistant manager was friendly
The assistant manager was friendly. The tire technician was pleasant. They got me in and was on my way in less than expected .

I always bring my vehicles here
I always bring my vehicles here. The guys are always pleasant and helpful. I’m moving to Georgia and I will miss being able to walk over, drop the car off and pick it up with ease.

Emergency tire service.
I stopped in for an emergency flat repair. Ed (Asst manager) was professional and courteous. His shop was swamped with repairs. He told me he’d make sure the repair was complete. My tire was beyond repair. Ed explained my options and I ordered a new tire from his inventory and was back on the road. Great service from Ed and his technicians.

Prompt Efficient Service
Took my car right in hen I arrived. Changed the oil, installed new filter and routines checks. Had my car back within 30 Minutes. Now that is what I call prompt, efficient service.
