Every part of my experience with all the employees at this store was outstanding from the manager to CJ and Larry. I will not be taking my car anywhere else for any kind of repairs! Thank you so much guys for making everything as smooth as can be!

Stopped in with a tire concern. Apparently a slow air leak. Brought it in they found a small nail. Removed repaired NO CHARGE..Iam so grateful. This isn't the first time John and staff came to my automotive rescue and I appreciate them all so much. Thank you for all the great service

Great crew and service. Made an online appointment on the 26th of February for the 28th and rec'd confirmation not too long after. My service was great. Clean facility. Mavis Discount Tire, Neptune NJ.

I was able to get my scheduled oil change quickly and efficiently. The store manager helped me even though they had an abundance of appointments in the morning to get me in quickly. I did schedule the appointment online But they were really busy!

I made an appointment on-line and upon arriving the manager promptly assigned a tech to do the oil change and tire rotation. The manager recommended to me how the tire rotation should be done and we discussed the oil viscosity recommended by my car manufacturer. I am very pleased and confident that my car was well cared for. I saw the manager was actively involved with the tech during the servicing of my car. I have a high level of confidence in this auto repair facility.

Every thing went great

Jeff at the Baldwinsville location went out of his way to get my car in and muffler fixed on a very short notice.

Well this morning i brought my car in for a alignment at 8am and was told it would be done within 2 hours . So i gave it 3 hours still no phone call about my car so i called and the manager said my alignment tech is running late it will be done in a hour . So i decided to take a nap my wife woke me up hour and a half later she said I’m calling mavis i said go ahead she calls and the manager said oh it’s on the alignment rack now. It will be done within an hour and a half. So i said let’s go down there to mavis mind you we get there my car is parked in the same spot that it was all morning she goes in and ask about my car they said oh it’s gonna be 2 hours … See the problem is i use to work for mavis 20 years ago and
Ik how they operate the problem was i replaced my whole front end suspension and there techs couldn’t make no money off my car so nobody didn’t even ant to touch it there was nothing wrong with my car, so they couldn’t make no commission off my car. That’s OK though I’ll never bring my vehicle to Mavis tire again. Mavis tire Baldwinsville, New York

John the manager is always so kind and so professional. He has gained my trust over the years and other people I know feel the same about him. My vehicles and my daughters vehicles have been there many times over the years and we are satisfied with the many services done from tires to oil changes to wheel bearings and brakes. They always treat us like family.

I was lazy and in a hurry so just used wipers to remove snow from the windshield. Of course one broke. Drove straight over to Mavis and purchased new blades they installed them free of charge. Thank you
