They shouldn’t slip those things in on the customer, that’s almost dishonest .
The customer service is always top notch
People Are friendly .
not sure why they lay the seat completely down to do oil change but I manage to get it reset prior to leaving .

Everything was great. The customer service was excellent and the time they said the vehicle would be ready great and on time.

Great Job!
Walked in on a Saturday with no appointment, needed some front end work as well as an oil change. They completed all repairs timely. They gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and stuck to the estimated price. The manager, Donald, and his staff were very professional.

Everyone at the Hatfield PA store was…
Everyone at the Hatfield PA store was courteous and helpful including the person greeting me when I arrived to the tech that worked on my car .. They immediately agreed to take care of my car if I could wait, which I did. I was comfortable with the bill and I will return again when car needs attention.
