Il notevole ritardo di consegna mi aveva fatto venire dei dubbi.... diciamo che nel periodo natalizio ci può stare.... alla fine il prodotto è arrivato...
Devo dire che non ho mai avuto uno spazzolino elettrico prima d'ora, quindi non posso fare paragoni...
Io però sono soddisfatto di questo prodotto, anzi di questi 2 prodotti..
Lo spazzolino ha diverse modalità di utilizzo, carica infinita, buona qualità anche nei ricambi... sembra di fare la pulizia dei denti dal dentista!
Il lava denti bisogna imparare ad usarlo per evitare di lavarsi viso e faccia e specchio, ma ha sicuramente buona potenza

Update on the refusal to cancel an order on the actual day the order was placed. Now they refuse to provide a return address REPLY PAID. Every two days they offer another 1 or 2% incentive to keep it. They are deliberately delaying so they can claim it has gone beyond the 30 days for a return and refund. I now have to locate the address and send it back at my own cost registered post. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE - IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Leggendo le altre recensioni, pensavo fosse un bidone. In realtà è arrivato dopo 10 gg dall'acquisto, ho ricevuto anche il link dal venditore per monitorare la spedizione. Funziona benissimo! Pienamente soddisfatta e lo consiglio, ma ci vuole pazienza per la spedizione.

I bought this toothbrush combo with flosser in November 26, 2023. In January 10th, 2024 toothbrush started having charging problems but to be fair the company sent me a replacement one fairly quickly. I used it until 19th of November (2024) during this time the brush was OK nothing exceptional for the money you pay. In November it stopped working completely and it would not charge at all. I videoed the problem and emailed the company twice since they did not at all respond until 28th of November to say that I am now out of warranty and since they provided me with after sales once they will not refund me.
I used my previous Oral B toothbrush that bought for £20 for 5 years with no issues. I cannot believe I toothbrush I paid £118 stopped working completely after a year. I would not recommend anyone to go anywhere near this company. Buy yourself a something reliable instead if you want to save yourself a head ache and protect your oral care at the same time.

One star because there's no zero stars. I cancelled the order on the day I made it. Four days later after 4 more cancellation emails and no response at all they claimed it was too late and it had been sent. They then offered me to accept it and to provide me 10% as a bonus for accepting their deceit. This company is operating outside any consumer law and are a pack of liars.

Never received the product. I paid, they got the money and they have never shipped the toothbrush. It' s a scam. I also wrote emails and nobody answered.

I purchased the combo toothbrush and water flosser . Both worked very well for 14 months. However after that the flosser stopped charging and customer services were "LOL, out of warranty, sucks to be you" (paraphrasing here).
Unless you want to buy every year, do not purchase

Never mind 'protect your smile' - protect your money as if / when it goes wrong there is no customer support and certainly no sign of a refund!

Ja ich habe bei der Firma MauArcher ne elektr. Zahnbürste im Mai 24 bestellt und auch vorausbezahlt. Jetzt ist Nov. geliefert ist immer noch nichts, im Gegenteil ich werde vertröstet, das Paket sei über längere Zeit auf dem Zoll geblieben und ich müsse selber nachfragen. Auf die mitabgegebene Tel. Nr. nimmt leider nie jemand den Anruf entgegen. Es könne aich sein, dass der Zoll die Ware vernichtet habe. Aber die Firma will keinen Ersatz liefern noch will sie das Geld zurückerszatten.
Finger weg von dieser Firma, ist nur reine Abzocke sowie Lug und Trug.

I was skeptical when I bought the toothbrush flosser combo as I mistakenly read the reviews on trust pilot afterwards- rookie mistake as it's not an insignificant amount of money, especially after the Smirk catastrophe of them going bust post-order.

Most one star reviews seem to be around cancelling the order - something that's hidden in the terms and conditions as nigh on impossible. It is sent from China (as most things are) so it takes a while. As a product, it's fantastic. After just using the toothbrush for a week with standard Toothpaste my teeth became noticeably whiter. With the flosser, it's next level (sooo much better than Smirk). It's stylish, powerful and the travel case is brilliant for taking away on trips.

Worth the money.

Trying to contact them since 4 days to cancel my order and no answer at all! I think they’re just waiting to send the item and charge all the fees. I can’t imagine the after sale service in case of issue with the product..

Achat à éviter si vous ne voulez pas perdre de l'argent ! Il ne faut surtout pas se laisser tenter par la publicité et l'esthétisme du produit. Celui-ci n'est pas du tout performant. Quelle déception !

Terrible product, non existent customer service, refuse refund or warranty claims, AVOID

It is impossible to get after sales care from this company. If your toothbrush goes wrong, you will have a fruitless back and forth on Email with 'Joy' who will stall and stall and stall, getting you to send photos and videos of the product, then ask for other details over and over again with no resolution. Absolutely ABYSMAL service - don't waste your time, stick to reputable brands.

I have order brush and its been 1 month i havent got my delivery. Company is total scam.

fuyez ce site si vous ne voulez pas une brosse à dents qui tombe en panne après 9 mois (obsolescence programmée ? Pour un produit qui vient de Chine en fait) et que quand vous expliquez par mail sur leur site ce qui ne va pas, on (à priori une intelligence artificielle) vous dise toujours la même chose, à savoir envoyer une vidéo du dysfonctionnement. Donc une vidéo d'une brosse à dent qui clignote...Et après 9 mois pas de garantie semble-t-il...

I ordered a toothbrush 22:33pm, my bad, I tried to cancel this order by contacting the "support" at 23:08pm on the exact same day, yet they claimed that my item has already been shipped..
That must be a new world record..
Since then, I have contacted the support several times and I must say its a torture. As I am writing this review I'm still waiting for my refund....

Leider kann ich mittlerweile nur abraten dort eine Bürste zu bestellen. Ich war Anfangs total begeistert. Ein prima Kundenservice und die Zahnbürste? Ein tolles Teil! Viele Aufsätze und Zubehör. Nach einem Jahr jedoch fängt das Gerät an seinen Dienst zu quittieren. Kein Problem, der Kundenservice verspricht Hilfe und erfragt die Bestellnummer. Nach ca. drei Mails wird eine Reklamation abgelehnt und die Bestelldaten sind nicht mehr auffindbar.
Geld und Zahnbürste sind dann also weg. Also Leute, lasst die Finger davon!!!

Il 18 settembre ho acquistato uno spazzolino elettrico. A oggi, 2 ottobre, non ho ricevuto nulla. Dopo una mail di sollecito del 23 settembre, ricevo una risposta nella quale si assicura la ricezione del prodotto entro 5-7 giorni lavorativi. A oggi, il pacco non è rintracciabile né dal sito fornito dall'azienda né da Poste italiane. Il sito per il tracking della spedizione localizza il mio ordine fermo in Russia da una settimana senza alcun aggiornamento. Nonostante la segnalazione e altre due mail, non ho ricevuto nessuna comunicazione.
