Their customer service is a joke. I tried to get help multiple times and was met with silence. Save yourself the hassle and go with (Equity Pathway). Their customer service is top-notch, and they actually solve problems instead of ignoring them.

I was switched to this platform from a challenge on Blue Guardian after they dropped the cTrader platform which was LIGHTYEARS ahead of Match Trader. Haven't been able to go more than 2-3 days without major bugs. Just today I closed a trade at breakeven just to see it hit SL 15mins later and I have no idea how it re-opened the trade. Also, once in a while it will completely ignore the SLs and TPs. All these things never happened before on any other platform. I'm at as point where I want to just gamble and blow this account so I can switch prop firm/platform. I really like Blue Guardian but that platform really killed it for me.. I don't understand how you can go from cTrader to this.

Very high slippage. Lost a lot of money upon market resumption and it's no where close to my SL. Haaa... And it lags a lot. The delay is frustrating. I literally have to wait, refresh, wait, refresh again. Just to access my positions. The execution is so slow I'd intend to enter one position but I'd think may be i didn't press the button and I'll press the BUY/SELL button again only to have 2 opened positions or more.

Total dumpster fire, y'all. I joined and boom, got kicked out of my account. They're holding my moolah hostage, spinning more stories than a southern grandma at a barbecue. If not for the constant payment I get from my venture with echelonis elitus, I would be battling a very severe financial havoc. Every one should be intelligent enough to decipher this message.

This is the worst platform ever, you can tell the system is designed to rip you off. I had a terrible experience on this platform. I moved to infinitymetrix and my experience has been quite enjoyable. It has really been profitable and withdrawals are quick too.

Its the worst Trading platform ever

It so laggy , it use high amount of RAM .
it should be refresh multiple times to works
it doesn't have BASIC options to trade .
there is no OPTION to change color .
there is no Option to change theme
there is no Option to HIDE bars
There is no option to switch pair easily and SAVE template

It's essentially a decent platform, but the slow processing times and frequent freezes make it frustrating to use.

Match trader is what 5%er Propfirm
use. It’s really setup to fail. Can’t move SL or TP after setting. Most smart traders move SL to break even or profit. Not with Match Trader. You have to put in exact numbers and hope it hits considering manipulation as well. Always freezes when your in trade to make sure you can’t close if winning. Not good for scalping. Best to stay away after Fiver platform said no changes would be made. Best to use platforms that give you control of your trades

Really...this is undoubtedly the worst trading platform on the planet, and unfortunately, it is being used by several Prop firms that were forced away from MT4. I have used (or I should say TRIED to use) this platform on two separate prop firms, and it is absolutely terrible! The system freezes frequently at completely random times and when this happens, you are not able to close trades, modify, etc. You have to just wait until it reconnects. And it is ABSOLUTELY NOT THE INTERNET CONNECTION. I have had several other internet windows, MT4 terminals, etc. running, and the only one that acts this way is Match Trade. My last experience was with True Forex Funds, where this foolishness caused me to blow my phase 2 account and an initial phase 1. I previously traded with them on MT4 and had no issues, but since they changed to Match Trade, it's been horrible. They pretend to be unaware of the issues, and even after sending numerous videos showing the problems, they have not made amends for my losses. I'll write a separate review of True Forex Funds on how they are handling this issue.

Please... unless you are a swing trader who only needs to check on his trades once a week...under no circumstances, should you use this Match Trade platform for your trading!

Worst trading platform ever made! It's so bad it's a crime to ever release it! The delays, the incredibly slow working pace of this platform is beyond belief. Sometimes you can see positions opened after 5 seconds (sic!) and in the mean time you ask yourself if you've clicked the mouse button properly enough, maybe click again? And there you go! 2-3 positions opened! The delays of opening and closing trades is terrible. When you click the lot size window sometimes it automatically closes, positions close either with huge delay and not to mention that it's so slow and works so awful it turns itself off and on often and it's not about internet connection. It's very annoying platform. Also has a lot of limits if it comes to indicators and analytical tools. Overall this platform should be banned and not operating every again. If someone tells you it's a good platform.. he's from the company

This is the worst trading platform in the world I can say
Lags alot, closes trade in loss and wouldn't let you know the current price you're loosing
Wish I could rate them a 0 star, cause they don't even deserve 1 star
