I purchased and indicator from cTrader store from private seller. The indicator did not generate buy/sell signals as the seller explicitly claimed. I contacted support to issue a refund. I am happy that after investigation support refunded my amount to my cTrader store balance. I give cTrader support a 5* customer service rating.

I've used cTrader for many years now & I write C# tools for it. As a tech architect & ICT/SMC Charter Members, it makes so much sense to use this powerful platform. What was interesting is that the prompt for this review popped up (asking if I'm enjoying cTrader) while I was making a partner video for a WebView plugin I've developed. I clicked yes, hence this Serendipitous review. BRILLIANT!!

Management of the environment is awesome and easy to implement. The platform stability is reliable and consistent. Tools (indicators, drawing, etc) are great and plenty. One of the best platforms out there!
