Given as a Fathers Day gift and it was an instant hit! So glad I purchased the digital download version too so I can make prints for my family!

I've ordered several portraits, and each time, I have found the company to be accommodating, responsive, and professional. And the final products look great. These make for memorable gifts that everyone enjoys. I'll be back again for sure.

Where's the quality control?! I sent in two very attractive photos of my parents for a Father's day gift. I was looking forward to this process because ALL of the displayed works (and I check every single option) showed appropriately sized heads that were proportional to the bodies they were painted over. When I review the painting pending approval, my parents heads look like bobble-heads in comparison to the photo. I am personally skeptical that this was painted by artists after this result. The "painting" looks like it was ran through Photoshop without any human looking at the results to verify quality. And of course, it has been automatically approved despite the terrible quality of work. This service is not good AT ALL.

Placed my order 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be shipped, even though the order confirmation page tells me it was supposed to have been shipped over a week ago.

My brother is absolutely going to love his Trekkie portrait!

I requested 3 girls and 1 one boy… the option was not provided but when I asked to have that done I was told no changes could be done… Now I will have a girl dressed as a boy… I won’t purchase from you guys again…

Simply awesome you should use my wife’s picture for selling mens uniform artwork. She was 28 at the time flew for united airlines loves her birthday gift.

I had previously used a similar service. I wasn't impressed with their results, but when this one arrived I was shocked at the quality and the workmanship. So much so, that I'm already thinking about ordering another one.

I may need a support group! Friends, Masterpiece me is the best, if you're thinking about doing it, don't delay, order today, you'll be happy.

The one I just received of my wife was better than the first of myself.

I have been waiting on a preview Since February 9 with an advertisement that my order would be shipped in time to reach me by Valentines Day. That obviously didn’t happen.

Very disappointed!

The process was easy, the result is amazing. Turnaround for the proof to be reviewed and accepted was 2 days, and total from order to deliver just about 2.5 weeks. Totally awesome results; I couldn’t be happier and the price was great!

We were completely surprised and impressed with the results of our Midnight Stroll image. Thank you so much for putting so much joy into our lives.

The portraits are so good the trick the subconscious into believing it’s real. Great customer service never hurts.

I wasn't satisfied at all.
This last order didn't meet my expectations. The proportion of the head to the body was waaaaay off. The second one (The Gladiator) was the worst. This was a gift for a friend's 70th birthday.

Ordered canvases and received posters for which I now have to purchase frames for which is incredibly inconvenient a week before Christmas.

We ended up doing 4 total pictures, one for each of our family members. The company kept us informed at each step in the process, arrived quickly, and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome.
