Very difficult company to deal with!
I tried for a week via numerous emails to return a purchased product but all I got in reply were emails telling me my case number has been updated and a refusal to help with the return.
On the last one I was told that I would have to pay for the return postage and a refund would only be issued after the product was in their hands, return postage would take 10-14 days and this would take me outside of the 30 day refund period so no refund even if they got it.
I was told all the above and that I could keep it and would be credited USD16.87
The product was a back support for a whopping AUD100.00 and I did fall for the well known price actually being in USD$
In itself the support was reasonable quality but extremely difficult to fit, an 800 lb gorilla would have helped and nowhere near the selling price value.
I truly dreadful company who use pseudo names on email and are very obstructive when you wish to return a product.

I placed my order in early April
I place my order in early April, but I did not receive it until the end of April. Unfortunately, I never received an order confirmation or any updates regarding shipping information or possible delays. I was concerned that my order had been lost, or maybe I had been scammed, as I had never ordered from this company previously. Since I was unable to determine who to contact with my questions, I continued to wait. My package finally arrived at the end of April while I was away on business. I opened it yesterday and inside was the posture brace. The item was loose in a small black mailing pouch. It was a tangled mess of long straps, and there was not any packaging or directions for use. The package also included the survey card which gave me the name of your company. With that name, I managed to look up a video to understand how the brace should be properly assembled and worn. Unfortunately, the brace is too large for my smaller shoulders and body. The straps when properly wrapped could not be secured. They were too long and the brace itself uncomfortably buckled across my back.
I did attempt to send an email to request a return, but when I did not receive a response, I decided to call the number on the survey card. Kray, the support agent, told me that if I followed the directions he would send immediately in an email, I would get directions to return the brace and have my payment refunded. While the brace itself did not work out for me and the order process wasn't what I have come to expect with online orders, Kray, the support agent, was most helpful and polite. It was so nice to actually get a someone to speak with. I am hopeful that the return process will go more smoothly than the ordering process. Thank you.

The delivery took a really long time and when it did arrive, the size was large which is no good for me as I have a small frame. I don’t know steps on how to return. The assistant was polite and chased up initial delivery.

I explained this to the customer service right away. In short, my impression was that your website is not fully transparent. 2. When I received and tried on the product, it did not feeel comfortable. I felt it was not soft enough and the stripes are too wide.
However, I am fully satisfied with your customer service.

Reassured however that returning would be a simple process. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received any of my
order and the most of the company has done is to extend the return window.
Update: I just received my shipment and will now start the return process. If all goes well, I will change my rating.
Update: after multiple email communications with the company, offering me the ability to keep the product and receive a lesser refund which I declined,I returned the product, paid the shipping fee and I’m awaiting a refund to my account.

Until I wanted to return items. Then they quoted their T&Cs which said I was responsible for paying for return costs. They originally offered a 25% refund if I kept the items but, when I didn't accept immediately changed the offer to a 45% refund.
