Do not buy from this company!! My son bought some rings after seeing ads from this company - on offer one one get one free. A purchase comes with automatic joining to their rewards club at £0. What they don’t tell you is this is in fact a RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION. I’ve had 2 payments taken. There is no details or transparency anywhere about this on their site. Looking further, their T&Cs say about a subscription, but nothing about cost. It’s fraudulent and it seems they continue to take monthly payments ($40 in my case) for absolutely nothing. The only option is to cancel your card payment and report it. Rubbish quality rings also. Shame on them taking peoples money without their knowledge.

They stole 90 euros of me. I never received anything and initially some Nick at customer service answered but then he stopped replying. They also charged my card for some bullshit membership fee. Who is a member on a jewelry Internet shop?? I never signed up for that so I'm guessing it's in some small print somewhere. Just a scam!!

The initial purchase of the necklace went great. Affordable and quick delivery. What they don't tell you is they will charge you every month $40-$70 and they will NOT answer any of your customer service requests to cancel whatever subscription you didn't sign up for.

Low quality products, not as advertised. Products were tarnished and changing colour. To add insult to injury, Masion tried charging me for a subscription service I had no knowledge of, nor consented to be a part of.

This company is very shady. They sell a free item, but make you pay for shipping which i’m ok with, but what they don't tell you is they try and sneak some “Rewards Club” into your purchase with a $0 amount not letting you know that you will be charged $40 a month. Stay away from this company.

After receiving my items(which were low quality) they continued to charge my card $40 for absolutely no reason. Multiple attempts to reach out to customer support with zero response. STAY AWAY!

I have ordered from this company a couple of times and never received my whole order. The company says me to leave a review. So I will. I ordered a 5 mm rope bracelet, 5 mm rope necklace and a toggle bracelet and I only received the toggle bracelet. My first order I ordered the buy one get one free necklaces and only received one which was the wrong color from what I ordered and basically was told to bad Customer Service sucks, they don’t care about you and it seems like false advertising on the buy one get one free. I’ve waited a month for the bracelet. Ring and necklace set no response no nothing no refund no product and no answers.

Really Bad Customer Service. After it took almost two months to deliver, I didn’t get the right items that I ordered. So I got in contact with the customer support. They seemed nice and helpful in the beginning but after another 5 months now, they didn’t do anything about my complaint… would never order here again :(

I loved the chain I got, problem is, I was only sent one chain out of the 3 I ordered 😒

Great price great quality, love my new set , got a Cuban , a ring and a bracelet, they look and feel great , no fading .

Don’t do it - I bought some pieces and they are okay but now I am being charged for items or some kind of membership I did not enroll in

I’ve ordered from this company twice now and received the three piece set with necklace, bracelet, and ring. I don’t wear the rings often as they are a little loose on my fingers, but the necklace and bracelet fit perfectly and I’ve gotten many compliments in the few weeks I’ve had them. The quality is great and the feel is great and you will definitely look and feel great! I’ll definitely order again if they offer another three piece set at a reasonable price! Thanks Masión!

I finalized an order on the website and AFTER FINALIZING, I got a pop-up for a mystery box. I clicked on it to see the details and it was automatically added to my order that had ALREADY been paid for and finalized. That was an extra $50. That $50 charge came from a different name than the rest of my order in my bank statement. When I asked for a refund they refused, as the order had already shipped and to follow up once I got it. When I got my order I asked how to get the $50 refund for the items I DID NOT ADD TO MY ORDER, they never responded. It’s been about a week. Overall, don’t do business with them, very sketchy company.

I purchased two crucifix with chains one was OK. The other chain the link was damaged. It says on your website hand inspected they missed this one. I emailed you back about the problem. Never got a response about my chain-link.

The company forced a membership fee with my purchase in a way that was difficult to know it happened and now will not respond to my requests for cancellation. The membership is a scam and the jewelry was mediocre at best.

I ordered and received a bracelet but as others have reported, an unauthorized charge showed up shortly thereafter. Can’t get response from customer service.
