I’m guilty of not researching this company better before ordering a pair of shoes. The site appears to be US based, but it definitely is NOT. Had I known the company was in China, I never would have ordered, as shoes from China are notoriously not sized correctly! My order has been bouncing around all over China for 2 weeks now with no indication of when it might be delivered. However, based on reviews, I am not expecting much. Who knows, maybe I will be pleasantly surprised, if I ever receive my order. Their ads are horribly misleading. Oh, I also emailed them about a week ago to ask about estimated delivery. Never heard back. I would recommend you save your money

Totally agree with both reviews. Junk clothing and costly returns. Ridiculous email responses.

No wonder their reviews are awful!
They offer a joke for quality products, not standing behind their products, and nowhere near exceptional customer service. Also, so smelly when opening poor flimsy envelope packaging for shipping.
Req refund...excessive delay with multiple silly emails and no resolution.
So sad! USA vendors are far and above across the ocean.

Horrible return policy. Clothes are cheaply made and come from China. The materials do not look like they do online and the shoes reeked of chemicals.
They advertise easy returns, but you have to ship the products back to China at a high cost. Instead, they offer you 5% to keep the products instead of the trouble of shipping it back. Yeah, thanks, I still want to pay 95% of the cost for smelly junk that I’m going to throw away. I can’t even donate it.
