This company in Ireland is called Mary&Catherine and am sorry to say was completely duped. All goods come from China, "hassle free" returns advertised as is the fact that company is a mother and daughter selling from a physical shop in Ireland....SCAM
Cost me over 30 euro to return goods to China...and did a charge back on my visa card and thankfully got cost of dresses refunded. They then had the gall to ask me to change my online review as I had received a refund!!! Told them of postage costs and would possibly reconsider if they refunded those...Surprise, Surprise...no news....

Ordered jacket from this site and never received item. Seems to be a scam using Pinterest as a cover to draw customers in.

Horrendous and dubious website. Wrong sizes, poor quality. Advertising what they are not selling. Calous return policy. All is wrong with this shopnor website. They also claimed they were closing down dus reason for selling cheap clothes. All fake

This company is a scam don’t buy anything from them I bought two items from them three weeks ago and have not received anything why has this company been allowed to continue they call themselves Catherine and Mary but they have no shop here I have got to get the message out this has really annoyed me and they have no phone number if anyone can help me please do

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying the 'Amelie' dress from this Chinese scam company.

When I made this purchase, the company purported to be a London boutique (Mary Boutique) that was closing down and discounting its stock. Funnily enough, the company still exists but slightly different Web address. They are still selling the dress I bought.

I ordered the dress, allegedly from London, received updates that they were taking longer to dispatch owing to lack of staff because of closing down, then received the package 2 weeks later from China.

The quality of this £24.95 dress was extremely poor. I would have done better shopping from Shein. It was advertised as vastly discounted from around £100.

I queried the quality with customer service. Many emails followed, in which they offered a discount after I pointed out that it's not worth the return postage to China. They initially accepted and said they were processing it. Then retracted and said they were no longer able to offer a discount but could offer a voucher for their sister site, which has similarly awful reviews.

How they are allowed to continue i don't know. I had to cut my losses in the end.

Do not shop from Mary Boutique. They are practising false advertising.

Absolutely shocking experience. Please read reviews before buying anything from Mary Maison London. The order arrived after 3 weeks. Nothing fit me. Trying to get a straightforward return & refund process started is only the beginning of your problems. These people are Chinese scammers. There is NO London clothes fashion house!. And as it stands, I've been told to return everything to some generic Chinese warehouse somewhere, at a cost of around £96 for shipping and taxes. Or, keep everything, and have a 20% refund. I'm absolutely disgusted that they are allowed to get away with this fraud. They've now gone 7 days without answering my emails, so I've no choice but to try and claw back some money from my bank. Please will someone do something about these con merchants!

Sadly I bought before reading the reviews.
They say they have a store in London. They do not. They are a scam online clothing factory in China.
I ordered a pair of heavy duty dual lined cargo pants. They had double stich and Seb on logo in heavy duty canvas. What arrived was a joke. Thin single lined single stitch no care labels and the logo was ironed on. Worthless. Returning them they said had to go back to China and to an address of a small unit. No refund until received and the customs fees to return and postage was rediculous even then they do not accept the return.

Do not buy from this company,they are complete scammers.Ordered a Cashmere Cardigan from them,it arrived 15 days later and is nothing like the product that I ordered ,it is at least two sizes smaller than it should be and is not cashmere. It is a cheap Chinese copy with no label or care instructions.

Yes, its a scam. No markings or labels on products. A closer look at website and you'll see its flaws, like there is no address. Products look OK, but lack quality appearance shown on website. Give it a miss.

Ordered a particular item,I waited over 15 days for it to be delivered, when it arrived it was nothing like the product I had ordered, not a copy but something completely different, I'd expected david canvass trousers these were thin man made fibre with no washing instructons,definitely a con. Ian

Buyers beware. I’m still waiting for a parcel. I will Never shop with them again. Their customer service department is absolutely terrible. Crass response and excuses for a delivery I’m still waiting for which is very long overdue. I noticed that they take your money very quickly though.

Mary London and all other ……..London sites send you cheap low quality polyester instead of the top quality goods they advertise ; if you finally get the goods ; DONT touch them . You will be sorry. 😩👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Splurged by ordering a beautiful $49 red, collared sweatshirt. per their picture.

Received, after more than a month waiting, a sleazy ( very thin fabric) polyester shirt with no collar. It was red.
Difficult to contact the company, some messages stated that the store did not exist. Waiting for a reply now. January 5, 2026, still no reply from Mary's.

The quality of the shirt I ordered is nothing like the picture, plus it was supposedly worth over $200, I paid $49 and the shirt was cheap material and came from China, not USA.

Merchandise very cheap. Ordered a pair of boots. On arrival I was appalled by the cheap, plastic,smelly boots which I removed from the bag nothing like the picture advertising them. Ive asked for a refund.
No refund has been organised. Company has stopped emailing me now I have asked for a refund, so I've contacted my bank and the fraud people are looking into it.

Like many others I did not get a refund from this co. They said I would, kept fobbing me off and then stopped responding at all. So I raised a Dispute Resolution with my bank (you have 120 days since purchase to do this) and they take it up with retailer who have 30 days to respond. Today I received my refund!

I would not even rate a 1 star. If I could rate a negative I would. I'm so sorry I didn't read the reviews first. I never received the packages from Mary Boutique, New Jersey USA. I ordered 4 shirts in two different orders. I assumed I would get them in a few days since I live in Florida and they are in New Jersey. They took the money on November 18th. I never got an email saying that the packages were being shipped so on November 20th I emailed them and they stated due to the holiday they were backed up and would be shipped and they would reach out to me on the shipping timeline. I reached out to them several times and never heard back again. The phone number is an answering machine in a foreign language. I'm going to call my bank and see if I can get my money back. This to me seems like it Fraud and I'm also going to check into seeing if I can report this legally.
