Worked to get stock in for me and then sent out very promptly.

To be honest I was on ebay looking for a Panasonic mini hi-fi and I was directed by a pop-up box to Martin Dawes to a better deal to make a saving I ordered on New Years Day and received the hi-fi two days later I bought it as a treat for my birthday it`s still in it`s box on the whole a great service from Martin Dawes Thank You.

Easy to order online, came with good next day delivery. Fantastic price. Very happy with my purchase ☺️

Easy to use all round good company. Delivery was longer but was over a weekend so kinda expected . Only thing I don't like about the TV is it is very quiet even on 16-20

Ordered my new Samsung Tv on the 27th got it on the 31st I was nervous when it came to the day it was coming because there was a lot off wind and rain so I contacted them they said don’t worry the TV will be Protected but yes am enjoying my new tv to bits I just love it thanks very much

Scammers and that's all I have to say. They were supposed to deliver the next day and after 10 days I can't even get in touch with them. They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails or messages.

Very poor got declined for finance no idea why, no refund given on deposit 2 weeks later still waiting crap business

Ordered a new TV on December 20th delivered the next day in time for Christmas. The price was much cheaper than other retailers I had seen before Christmas and an additonal £15 discount for my first order. All in all very pleased with the TV and service from Martin Dawes

Such a shame! I tried to support a 'local', independent business, but they just wasted my time.
Their website said it was in stock and could be delivered in 1 working day, so I ordered, paid and received the acknowledgement. Then it went very quiet - no delivery update, no delivery, nothing. I contacted them and it took several hours to connect to their 'live' webchat (during working hours). When I eventually got connected, they said they didn't have stock or a date when they would have stock ............
I wonder when they were planning to tell me?
They offered a full refund, but even that took a week (and a charge-back request to the credit card provider) before it appeared.

Ordered a Bosch washing machine on 9th December,
Website showing in stock and I thought free delivery.
When I got to check out it changed £35 for what it calls laundry charge which I reluctantly paid as I had a £15 discount code which softened that blow.
Received an email on 11th telling me the machine is out of stock and expected to be in stock 18th.
I emailed for an update on 19th and got a prompt reply the machine had arrived and delivery would be in the next couple of days.
The machine was delivered on 20th December.
Overall a stressful experience,
The online chat seems to take ages to get a response and I don’t think the website should show items as available when they aren’t.
If you’re thinking about placing an order it may be worth a phone call to check availability first

First time order, never heard of the store before. Great price, very fast turnaround time, good delivery experience.

They had what I needed and I received it fine. Although the item said in stock on the main page and available for next day delivery, it took a week to arrive.

Delivery offered was 7am to 10am on a Sunday morning, which is a bit much after a working week. But could not affort to reschedule as needed the item, so had to get up early on the off chance it arrived at 7am ( it didn't grr).⁰

They are annoying to deal with as the "live chat" never seems to have anyone managing it and the phone takes a while to get answered.

I am not sure I have ever dealt with a worse company! Too gobsmacked to even explain! AVOID! Also avoid Samsung both shockingly horrific at everything they do! Also have 0 customer service skills! Literally lost for words!

Hi there,

When I was purchasing my tv I select next day delivery option and APC courier send me the email day after but they didn't inform about exact timing. Then there was 4 days delay because my order went to different city..

When I called them they said they will let me know next week about the slot but on Friday night at 9pm they left my tv at front of my door and the box was laying upside down with horrible condition.
And now on bottom part of the tv there is lots of waves on the screen.
I have all the photos and videos that I would like to send and get help about this matter.
