Awful company claimed to be from London but clearly aren't as it takes weeks for you to receive your items which are obviously coming from another country don't believe the item to be genuine contacted them to say the zip had broken on a alleged longchamp bag I had bought to which it has landed on deaf ears with zero response. Please do not buy from this company.!!!

Item never arrived and had to go through my bank to get money back, please don't use, they will steal your money

Bought what was described as a Longchamp bag from them. Bag arrived and it is fake. I have a Longchamp bag which came in branded packaging, with branded tags. The bag from Marlowe London is smaller, more flimsy, poor handles and has no official tags or packaging. Customer service replies said it would cost me £20 re return the bag and suggested they were doing me a favour in keeping a bag I have paid for. No refund issued.

Don't communicate - delivery very long and items are fake. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a bag from this company but unfortunately decided I wanted to return it. A member of the support team initially contacted me regarding the return, but after their first email, I received no further response. I have now emailed three times to follow up and have still not received a reply. I find this extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially as the customer service team had already been in contact with me initially.I understand that responses can sometimes take time, but being completely ignored after making several attempts to resolve the issue is not acceptable. I would appreciate some communication and a proper resolution to my return request.

I have ordered 4 swimsuits and now wish to return them but I have been unable to contact the company. Please don't buy from them. The swimsuits are sized incorrectly and not good quality. If it looks to good to be true it normally is!

Scam site, order was paid for and shipped then mysteriously was sent back to sender (according to the tracking). Never heard from them again, no response to emails or contact form. Had to pursue a refund through my card company,

I purchased a LongChamps Tote Bag 6 weeks ago and have not received my delivery. 'Anna' assured me that it was with the delivery company after 2 weeks, but when this was tracked, it eventually stated 'Returned To Sender'. Anna mentioned that she would look into this for me...but has since gone quiet on me. No responses from my emails in the last 3 weeks. I've called their office in Amsterdam, and left 2 voicemail with my telephone number and have heard nothing. Unfortunately, as my purchase was under £100 I cannot claim on my Credit Card, so will have to either wait....or kiss this one goodbye! Not Happy!

Please don’t waste your time and money on this website. I ordered the LongChamp bags and realised they were not legit. So emailed the team pretty much straight away asking them to cancel my order with an excuse that I forgot to add my discount code in. Anna emailed me back and said she cancel my order so I can place a new one. After that nothing. Drop dead silence. I got emails from a delivery company saying they have my parcel (10 days later) but again emailed almost every day. But nothing from the team or company. Just random emails about my order is being processed. I emailed them back on every email that I’ve not heard anything. But still I have heard nothing from them.
The bags came through, and when they did. I emailed them again asking there is the LongChamp label in the bag confirming authentication. It doesn’t exist. I have another LONGCHAMP bag so know what to look for. And what makes it worse this was suppose to be a gift for my family (bought them one bag each) should have known it’s too good to be true. I’ve asked them to contact me back so that I can return them and get a refund. But I doubt anyone will contact me where they haven’t in almost a month.

Did anyone contact their bank about it?

Scam, poor quality and no response from several emails asking to return for a refund.

I ordered a Longchamp tote bag for my Granddaughter she wanted for high school
. I arrived after a wait and it’s fake . She wouldn’t wear it so I had to purchase the genuine one from John Lewis three times the price. Have contacted this company many times by e mail to return and get refund absolutely no response at all. Do not buy from this Company!!

I ordered two dresses for £93 and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive. They are NOTHING like the images on the website and I have sent 3 emails over the last 9 days to get returns instructions for a refund and have not received replies to any of these. This company is clearly fraudulent and I will be going via my credit card to recover my losses

Ordered some sandals, waited ages for them to arrive and when they did they were awful quality and not like those advertised. I contacted them for a refund and apart from one email from “Anna” I’ve since been ignored. I’ll be contacting the bank to see what they can do but currently I’m £46 down on a pair of really poor ill fitting cheap sandals. The website is convincing asa quality store based in London but in reality is a naff foreign scammer. Avoid.

Company is selling fake items. I have sent emails to request a refund and am being ignored. Do not order from this website.

This company are sacmmers! They take your order, it takes ages and they are as sweet as replying that it's delayed etc. But when the swim top and shorts arrived I've hade better quality from Temu and better customer service! The shorts have bobbled after first wear. DON’T BUY OFF THEM!

I received a tote bag today, after waiting weeks for it to arrive (don’t trust the ‘London’ part of the name) the quality is so poor, I am so dissapointed, I would have been better ordering from other companies that are known for low quality cheap prices. Don’t bother as you will defianlty regret it

Ordered an elegant linen blend jumpsuit from Marlow London. This was shipped from Amsterdam. What arrived was a cheap copy, legs too short and made from 95% polyester 5% spandex not linen. Still no response from customer service despite 2 emails sent requesting return label. Do not use.

As most Trustpilot reviews show this company is a scam! The polo shirt I ordered was of poor quality bearing no resemblance to those shown in their advert. I ordered an extra large size and a small size arrived. When I asked for a refund I was informed that this would not be possible and I was offered a miserly 50% off a future purchase. As if!
An expensive lesson, although I will be contacting Trading Standards amongst others. Beware if you are considering a purchase.

The bag I bought did take quite a long time to arrive but after getting superb and very prompt customer support from Anna I felt reassured it would arrive and it just has! I will definitely order from Marlow again

BEWARE!!! Scam company. I received a so called Longchamp tote bag yesterday and it’s very clearly a fake despite reassurances from customer services that the products are genuine. So annoyed with myself and should have known the price was too good to be true! UPDATE: Anna in customer services has been very good and has issued a full refund to my credit card.
