I have given one star for these sandals only because i had too, to be able to write a review, otherwise i wouldn’t of given any! These sandals are awful!! They don’t fit properly and look cheap! They are nothing like the pictures on line. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering! But i have learnt my lesson!! There is no returns address either, i have emailed them, i will see if i get a response. But certainly won’t order again from this company. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with such poor quality items😡

Everything about the company’s website seems to be a misrepresentation or fake. The Trustpilot review shown on the Marley website gives a rating of 4.75/5 based on 2,365 reviews (although you can’t actually click on the reviews) - which is clearly fake (given that the real Trustpilot site gives most reviews at 1/5). I ordered “orthopaedic leather sandals” which are supposedly made by “Italian craftsmen”. When they eventually arrived (from China) they are not leather (cheap plastic) and certainly not orthopaedic (poorly fitting and poorly glued together). I should have been suspicious of the “50%” off and “free shipping within the UK”, but even at £30 these sandals are a complete rip-off. Reading other (genuine) reviews now I realise it’s a waste of time trying to return them. Lesson learned.

I would give this no stars if it was an option. Do NOT buy these under any circumstances, they are poorly made, uncomfortable and when you try to get a refund they don't respond. I will go to my bank as others have suggested. THIS IS SCAM AS ARE THE FEEDBACK COMMNETS ON FACEBOOK

The so called 'orthopaedic leather sandals' are very poor quality - they are not of the standard and description advertised. They are entirely made of cheap plastic - the upper are not leather and they are not made by craftsmen as claimed on your totally misleading website. You should also make it clear on the website that your products are made in China .

Only have one star cos they actually arrived. Biggest load of tacky rubbish I ever received.bought sandals and trainers both pairs very poor .

WARNING!. Do not think about ordering anything from this company. It's a SCAM. Their adverts are a gross misrepresentation of the product which is made and sent from China, and is where you have to send returns. I would like to know how to go about reporting them and stopping their activity on social media sites. I had to give a star to open this review. NO stars.

I was so disappointed when I received my trainers. They are very badly made and the finishing was of very poor quality. I did complain to say that I was very upset to receive them and was told to send pictures which I did and was told that I could return the item back and get a refund. But it was not to a UK distributor. By the time I would have paid the postage it would not have been worth me returning them back. I was so looking to wearing the trainers as they looked nice in the picture. Now they are just lying in the cupboard. I don't think I will buy any shoes from them again.

I really wish I’d looked at these reviews before purchasing shoes from this company. Shoes arrived the wrong size and such poor quality I was shocked. Emailed the company and had a poorly written standard email back. Fast forward 3 months and the situation isn’t resolved. They’re not interested. This company should be shut down and definitely taken off Facebook.

I didnt realise shipment was from china..although shipment/delivery went smoothly, the shoes/sandals were very poor quality for the price and i just cant be bothered with hassle of sending them back..i very much doubt i will ever wear them! Waste of money.

Do not buy...scam!!!

Returned shoes to the address supplied by customer services as they were not true to description (read other reviews).

After 3 months sitting in Chinese customs the status has now been changed to returning to sender as unable to ship to the company.

Not only have I lost my original money I am now out of pocket for the return shipment money!

Total scam!!

Company selling shoes that are are not what you see or as described, described as leather but are plastic. Extremely bad customer service to the point they won’t answer. Was so disappointed. They advertise on FB and they should be removed !

Despite sending 6 emails asking how to return have received no response.
Dispute raised with bank as not as described.
Avoid this company at all costs.

It seems this company is a scam. I have been trying to return shoes that do not fit and are of terrible quality but they have sent me an incomplete return address and asked me to pay the postage to China. I have asked them for the postcode and they have not responded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I had the same experience as others the shoes turned up and were nothing like the photo, then when I tried to return them they asked for photos and subsequently would not send the returns info. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are awful.

The company were advertised as a UK company. The payment went out as FG international. They are based in China. The sandals are advertised as orthopaedic but were cheap plastic when they arrived and not like the picture. They also smelt awful. I emailed as they didn’t fit and was asked to send a photo. I sent a photo. After four weeks, I received and email saying I could get a refund if I post them back to china within thirty days of purchase. Thirty days had already passed. No return label which means, if I send them, I will lose the postage as well as the £53 spent. I have since seen the same company pretending to be in affiliation with Clarks Shoes. But when you click on the link, it is Marley shoes again.

Absolutely terrible!! Do not purchase shoes from this company.Horrendous quality,never have I seen such poorly made goods,'leather'and 'Orthopaedic' what a joke! Absolutely disgusting the way these shoes have been falsely advertised.Not fit for purpose in any shape or form.I have been trying to get a refund for three weeks plus,no replies to my emails.THIS COMPANY must be stopped,they cannot be allowed to trade!!

Easy ordering, delivered on time, wore them on Sunday to a friend's birthday celebration, comfortable and looked good. Thank you

very disappointed with shoes I ordered. Very bad quality and when I try and find out how to return for a refund no information is forthcoming. Now my emails to the company just bounce back. Very frustrating, annoying, there should be a clear, easy and instant way to get a refund. So time consuming and stressful.
