Very poor quality shoes unlike photo on website. Took ages to arrive from China which is not clear on website. When I emailed them to return and refund they said i had to send back to China at my own cost and would only pay back 40%. They will not abide by UK consumer rights. They are a SCAM. STAY AWAY

I placed an order for a pair of fisherman's sandals at £39.99 on 24/06/2026. I then noticed that the same sandals were available at a lower price of £32.00 and placed an order for these, however I was unable to cancel the first order even though I had not completed it.

I received my order on 10/07/2026 and was shocked by the poor packaging and poor quality of the goods.

I contacted Marley Shoes by email on 13/07/2026 to notify them that I wanted to return the goods and to receive a full refund. I received a reply asking me to send photos of the items, which i did the next day. I was then offered a 40% refund and asked to return the goods to an address in China, at my own expense, if the offer was not acceptable. I wrote back to tell the company that I was not happy with their returns process, which is clearly designed to be as difficult as possible. On 18/07/2026 I received a further email informing me that my case had been escalated to "higher management" for review, but I have not heard from therm since. This is clearly a con.

O dear I also wish I had checked out this company ( lesson learnt) what a load of rubbish how are they allowed to be in business,I’m presently working on a refund for alleged pair of orthopaedic trainers.made of collapsed foam .

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My order took a while to arrive then received an email advising shoes had been delivered, which was untrue as I checked the carriers info & the shoes were at still at their depot. Shoes arrived today and they will be donated tomorrow to a charity shop. They are not orthopaedic shoes as described, made from poor quality synthetic material, horrendous colour, smell unpleasant and are a size too big. The returns are to China and cost nearly as much as the value of the shoes. A total waste of £42.95.

Do not order from these people. The shoes shown on the website are nothing like the ones you recieve. I ordered a pair of orthopedic sandals to help with my plantar fascitis as this website displayed some that looked nice and stylish for a 40 something. Well what I got was awful nothing like the pictures they were terrible, not even my nan would wear them! The first bit of doubt came when they were delivered, wrapped in bubble wrap and banded together with an elastic band in a plastic mail bag. The material was cheap and plastic feeling and badly scuffed, the colouring was not the same as the pictures, they had a faint fishy smell about them and there was nothing orthopedic about them, no heel cushion and no arch support. After weeks of emailing them to gain a refund I was told the only way to get a full refund meant I would have to return them to China even though the website says they are in Italy, please don't waste your time or money. The website is misleading and the products shown are not what you will get. If I could have given them no stars I would have.

I wouldn't even give them one star, absolutely appalling, they advertise saying orthopedic shoes, I was shocked when I recieved them, straight away I emailed to say I want a refund as I paid £30, they quickly replied to my email saying they are sorry and to send photos for the concerns of which I did and I have not heard back from them since, the shoes are not wearable, they are a plastic sole with fake leather stitched around the sole, there are all holes where the stitching goes through, and as for saying orthopedic shoes I am shocked.wish I had read reviews before buying these, lesson learnt and I would advise anyone to avoid this site completely

Scam, China based organisation pretending to be a wholesome UK family owned business.
I made the mistake of falling for their images when I found exactly what I was after, a pair of closed toe wedge espadrilles'. My first 'alert' was shortly after placing my order, I received a message indicating that I needed to confirm my order - I did not know that this was against a second pair and inadvertently ordered two pairs of the same shoe in the same size. I figured I would return one pair regardless.
The shoes delivered are not fit for purpose. Sold as suede but they are made with cheap manmade material. The toe box is so narrow you can't get your foot in them - no consideration made for sizing up all over, they have just made the shoe longer for larger size feet. The heel counter feels like it is made out of cardboard. One of the two pairs are badly marked across the top of the shoe.
I'm now in a email thread of trying to sort out the returns process, having been asked to supply photos of all shoes and waiting for a response.
Note to self - check out reviews on any future purchases.

AVIOD! My item never arrive,I asked for a refund, but they kept posting me around and ignoring ,sending me email to buy from them offing 15% offer. I declined and asked for my refunds but still did not get any refund.

Please Do Not Use this Company. Ordered a pair of white Sandels on 10/5/26, arrived 22/5 but they were a cheap plastic black lace up small boot, not even in the correct size. Emailed them next day, at first they replied, sent them photos etc as requested was told would be "passed to the Senior Team to be reviewed & refund will be processed accordingly". No mention even of how to return the boots. Have asked for updates since and they have not responded! as to what is happening. I would not even give them 1 Star.

Fake advertising. Complete scam. Trainers were cheap plastic. Terrible quality. To return, you have to pay to send them to some warehouse in the middle of China. Total scammers. Advertisement should be banned on Facebook. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a pair of vintage style leather orthopedic sandals from this company.
What i received are a cheap, very badly made, chemical smelling pair of heaven knows what!!!!
Basically this company is scamming people and it's disgraceful.
There is no customer service number.
The emails I sent bounced back.
There was no invoice in the package, just bubble wrap that the item came in and no address to tell me where they came from.
BIG LESSON LEARNED by me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY because they are fraudsters.
Can't believe I fell for it as I am usually a careful person.
How are they getting away with it!!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes and then went to Trustpilot.
After seeing the review, my heart sank, and I cancelled my order, expecting it was too late and I had made a mistake. The customer service team responded quickly, was professional and polite, and I received my refund. Pleasantly surprised

If I could rate with zero stars I definitely would !!! Do not ever order anything from this site!!!! Ordered some trainers in may, received a half of the order in June. Poor quality, plastic, nothing like advertised. 2 pairs still missing. All they saying that I have to pay for return. How can I return something I’ve never received??? Absolutely appalling nonexistent customer service. Avoid at all cost!

Scam. Avoid. Item took over 2 weeks to arrive. Shoes were unbranded with no labels or tags or even packaging. Just a cheap pair of fake sandals, nothing like advertised, very poor quality and size was wrong. Tried to return but they have to be sent back to China at your own expense so not worth it. Complete waste of money. Should be closed down. Robbers.

I purchased two pairs of shoes costing me just over £60. My husband tried them on and said that they were like walking on pieces of wood the soles were so hard. I contacted Marley and was given a 30% refund and told to use that money to go to shoemenders. I have been to shoemenders and they can't do anything so thought I would give them to my dad. In the end my dad and 4 other men tried these shoes and all said they were unfit for purpose as like walking on wood - the worst pair of shoes they had all tried. Marley won't do anything about it as I had a 30% refund. Absolutely shocking as at this time I cannot afford to lose £60.

Poor poor quality, NOT UK based, you NEVER get your refund, they steal your money. Unethical, despicable company. How they are allowed to trade baffles me. I have been fighting for 3 months to get my money back after sending product back. Shocking dishonest company. They take your money with no intent of providing the product shown or any refunds.

Shoes I ordered are not suitable for me. The email address I previously used for them, the same one on their website, is no longer valid! 2 recent emails have bounced back! Don't buy because if you want to return the shoes you won't be able to!

BEWARE!!!!! Not a UK company . They supply shoddy goods from China.
The items bear no resemblance to the advertised product.
NO CHANCE OF REFUNDS, THEY DID REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT, They require me to pay return postage( £20+) for an item that if only fit to bin. LEFT HAND UPPER ATTACHED TO RIGHT HAND SOLE. 20 emails later, still awaiting a solution !!!!

This is company is selling fake goods of very poor quality. They are avoiding my requests for a refund. These shoes are not orthopedic and are rock hard underfoot. Do not buy.
