If I could give no stars or minus, this is the company it would go to!! Where do I start, ppl it’s a scam!!!! Plastic shoes labelled as leather, wrong size sent, wrong colour sent, awful fit, overall complete and utter rubbish!!! Tried to contact the company 4 times no response. If I could add photos I would. Please please don’t waste your money!!!!!

Disgusting scam scam scam why is no one doing anything about this dodgy company in China, sjoes advertised are nit the shoes that arrive, definetly not orhapedic or leather and cost 15 pounds to return to China!!! They do not give you a free label to return tulle shoes and they will not give more than 30% refund if we don't pay 15 pound to return. Disgusting people in China, ripping peoples off. Why are they getting away with this?

Total scammers. Shoes were described as leather and orthopaedic. They are neither. Cheap plastic tat with only a superficial resemblance to the photos. They try to string out any complaint by asking for photos of shoes that they sent out. They've now told me that they have processed a refund that hasn't arrived. I've raised a complaint with Visa. Any positive reviews still on here are probably fakes. Avoid!!

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!! What is delivered is neither leather nor orthopaedic- they are the cheapest nastiest shoes I have ever seen.

And the ‘returns policy’ is an absolute lie - you can only return if you pay for postage to China - or accept only a 30% refund.

Would not even give one star. If I had a choice I’ve waited a long time for these shoes. They arrived from China, which I hadn’t realised as they described them as Italian shoes. They say they’re suede which they are not. They’re cheap rubbish fabric when they arrived from China, they were not even boxed. They were wrapped very tightly in plastic. They weigh about half an ounce as they’re so cheap and they stink of very powerful glue, cheap rubbish complete. Scam have asked for my money back but having read other reviews doubt that I will get it. They were described as suede sandals they weren’t sandals. They were like a moccasin type which is fine as that’s how they look in the picture. But they’re nothing like the picture! If you were looking at them please do not buy. They are absolute rubbish, not even worth 50.P not sure I believe the reviews which say they are great you would have to be insane to believe that.

Absolutely gutted with the poor quality of these shoes nothing like the pictures or description and not worth anywhere near the money! Bought for my daughters birthday disappointed doesn’t even come near ! Do not buy !!

Disgraceful company, shoes described as orthopaedic are clearly not, they are not sized and put together correctly and are made of cheap materials.

Their advert and bank account name imply they are Italian designed and made shoes, when in fact they come wrapped, unboxed just in plastic straight from China. Trying to get a refund from my bank. The advert days that 100% refund if unhappy, but they don’t tell you you have to return by tracked signed for service at a cost of £26.30. Rouges the lot of them. I knew I wasn’t going to be receiving a designer pair of Italian shoes, but the pictures looked fine!!

Actually excellent experience and I couldn’t manage to get the extra 10% off, wrote an email and they sent me the 10% back. Impressed with that. Also I like the shoes they are very comfy

Disgraceful product. Cheap synthetic upper, harsh plastic soul with a cheap cork look moulded on top. Incredibly uncomfortable and the upper glued pathetically onto the sole. Avoid. Avoid.

Gave one star as could not give less. Don’t buy from them. Completely false advertising. These shoes are not orthopaedic. They are cheap disgraceful shoes not even worth £5. Shame on you Marley Shoes for having the lack of customer care to even bother sending them out.

I have just received my shoes . It is nice colour ( light green I had asked for light blue . The shoes is not the same style or not what in the advertisement.
The material is not leather suede. Cheap material . It will not last long , it will be in bin as soon as it gets wet by rain . It’s not comfortable.
Please do not buy any of these shoes from this company or China companies.

i suffer with osteoarthritis so when i saw the information on these shoes i decided to give them a try ,,i am so glad i did they are so comfy and fit true to size ,, i have reccomended your website to family and friends x

I’m so annoyed with myself that I for once didn’t check Trust Pilot before buying.
The shoes are not orthopaedic they are of really poor quality and not even worth the ‘sale’ price.
I originally asked for a refund as the sizing was wrong - too small. They replied saying they would send the right size. I then told them they were poor quality. They asked for description and photos which I sent. Unsurprisingly they are now ignoring me.
They have the British flag on their website, making it appear they are a British company but they are in China I think and shipping takes ages.

Shoes arrived wrong size!! Have been trying to send them back for refund and asking for returns label but no luck with this. Wish I had known about this company before ordering, looks like I am not alone and will have to put this down to experience!! and a very bad one at that. Marley shoes you are a positive disgrace, your site should be removed.

Absolutely pathetic shoes which are not fit for purpose. To get a refund you have to email them, it then takes on average a week for them to respond. Shambolic customer service, possibly one person checking emails when they can be bothered. They spout the same nonsense in their replies and they also require photographic evidence of the shoe's "defects"?
