Absolutely rubbish. Plastic sole and heel. Was so cheap and poorly made. Looks nothing like as advertised. Don’t buy!

Awful company do not use. I've just read all the negative reviews and I agree 100% with everything relating to this company. Cheap crap the quality is shocking and the soles of my dissapointing rainbow trainers are a big health and safety hazard.

I wouldn’t even give 1 star but no choice! Same as everyone else. Thought they were UK based. Took weeks to come and I had a bad feeling straight away. I actually lol when they came! They are like pretend shoes! Nothing orthopaedic about them! I’ve pretty much written off any sort of refund after reading the other reviews. They MUST be struck off! Their marketing is clever and makes the look professional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered a pair of the orthopedic trainers. Took a while to come, and they're awful. Firstly they're way too small, despite me ordering a size up. Secondly, they're flimsy, the sole is plastic and the insole is definitely not orthopedic. The lace holes are just holes with nothing to support them, and they don't line up with each other. They are definitely not worth £40. I emailed them and was replied at 1am the next morning asking for pictures, when I'd only said they were too small, seemed to be a template email. The bottom said "kind regards" then no name. They never replied after that. I'll be reporting them to Facebook, Shopify and trading standards.

Absolutely garbage. I read the reviews on their website and they seemed pretty good so ordered some shoes. Then I looked on trust pilot and saw that the reviews on the marleyshoes website are fake a f. I immediately requested my order be cancelled (less than 12 hours after ordering) and received multiple confirmations that my cancellation had been accepted however the refund was never issued and the (cheap low quality) shoes arrived. I have tried multiple times to get a refund but just get ignored. Do not buy from this company.

Took ages to come and when they did they were really cheap, the soles are hard plastic that clip clop on wooden floors, they’re so thin and flimsy that they’re not supportive like they claim.
Also I paid £40 they took three weeks to arrive and even before they arrived I found the exact same pair on Temu for £15 and another website advertising on Facebook with everything identical to Marley shoes but only changed the name.
Don’t even bother trying to get a refund you’ll just get blanked and then told you’ll have to pay out of your pocket to return them then they will decide if you get a refund.

Bought 2 pairs of these shoes. They looked well made (only time will tell). I would order a size up from your usual size. The only issue I had was the chemical smell from the shoes. I had to let them air for a few days but the smell has now gone.

My partner has very painful feet and could never find comfortable shoes. I bought a pair of Marley shoes and he was delighted with them. He will only wear the Marley shoes now.

WARNING: This company's reviews on their website have to be fake, Trustpilot need to investigate as they are clearly not real reviews. They are a despicable company, their products are cheap, nasty plastic, they stink when you open the package, they have the cheek to insist you pay for returns to China (surprise, surprise), then they fob you off with excuses that they need to check with their warehouse, 3 months trying to get a refund and now they are just ignoring the emails. Should be blacklisted and struck off, had I known where they were I would not have ordered, but they give the impression of being in the UK and charging in GDP. Stay away from them at all costs, I wouldn't even give them 1 star but can't give reviews without a star. Do not take any notice of the reviews on their website.

Absolutely appalling quality & service. if I could give 0 stars I would. Like so many others - wish I read these reviews 1st.
Ordered the trainers & supposedly orthopaedic sandals. Sandals cheap & plastic - not leather as lead to believe on FB - definitely not orthopaedic - give no support at all. Trainers - the eyelet holes for the laces - don't have any proper finish to them and look as though they will tear & they don't match inside to outside so you can't thread the laces through. Glue visible on all joins. Really, really poor quality.
They were packaged in a plastic bag - so they arrived crushed and mis-shapen. Sent an email straight away with photos etc. - have waited 3 weeks for a response - they say they can only offer 20% refund as not faulty - I BEG TO DIFFER.
Absolutely appalling service - will be very wary on ordering from anything that is advertised on FB - especially when many sites seem to use same photos?? are they all linked??

Like other reviewers I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before ordering, and giving 1 star is 1 too many. Do not buy from this site, the website is completely misleading and it is a complete waste of money. The shoes are cheap smelly plastic & look awful, they are nothing like the website pictures/descriptions. Once you've wasted time taking a picture of the shoes for their 'customer service' they then give you an address in China to return them too, which you have to pay for, and generally costs you the price of the shoes, or at least half of it or more. I wasn't prepared to waste any more money as I doubt there would be any refund forth coming anyway. Shocking that they can get away with this.

Poor quality, unhelpful customer service. Mine wa so to small, so I basicallythrew my monies away. Really difficult to communicate with the company. Don’t buy these shoes!!!

Appalling products and no chance of return/swap/refund as they don’t reply to emails

Wish I’d checked directly on TrustPilot and not taken at face value the statement on their website that suggests their rating is 4.7/5!
Sandals finally arrived today after nearly 3 weeks and they are definitely not a 9/43 even though the sticker on them says they are!! Don’t fit, rubbish quality and definitely not orthopaedic!!! Do not buy from this site. Don’t hold out any hope of getting my money back.

After chasing twice for my shoes as they took a lot longer than website said, I was very disappointed with the shonky sandals I received.
1pair -red sandals strap came off as I opened the bag ,
Another pair glue dripping off back of heel plus ankle straps at least twice width of my ankle and no way to adjust!, no support at all. Absolutely NOTHING orthopaedic about the products.
Yes they offer refund BUT they aren’t UK based . Cost to return products over half what I paid for them in the first place.!

Please don’t waste your money .

I wish I’d read these reviews before I bought. Agree with all. I bought some sandals and they were not like as described . I received a cheap replica. I emailed the support email and they asked for photographs, which I sent. But have heard nothing since. My Order Number 9454.

Shoes were too small, and very poor quality. I contacted customer service who asked for a picture of them. I have no response since sending a picture, despite sending several additional emails.

I am very pleased with my new shoes, they fit well with the next size up and are comfy. Love the vibrant colours, their unique.

Shoes are not orthopaedic as claimed. They are cheap rubbish from China. Marley Shoes make it extremely difficult to get any kind of refund. No sales note, the shoes are not sized nor give the material they are made from - against UK consumer law. Terrible product, do not waste your money on this junk.
