Avoid at any cost their emails don’t work after you have ordered

Fraudulent DO NOT BUY. Sent wrong style, cheap quality, unwearable. Asked for refund and asked to return at own expense to CHINA ( not an US family owned business as they pretend to be). Refused, pointing out against consumer law but no shift and offered a 30% refund as a 'goodwill gesture'. Not yet received. Rip off merchants, don't be fooled

Not even one star to be honest! The trainers were flimsy with rough insides that would rub. There was no option to return. I emailed and was told to photograph the trainers. I did. No reply. I followed up and they gave an address for the return saying that it would be at my expense including customs charges. I'm not prepared to do this and have told them so and that I think they are a scam, claiming to be London based etc... and no simple, free way to return shoddy goods.

Two weeks at least to arrive. I ordered flat sandals and received wedge sandals which I cannot wear. They look nice but not for me!

As with all of the other reviews. Sent wrong size, quality appalling and not even an orthopaedic shoe. No returns label and the expectation is for you to send to China incurring customs and posting cost. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered two pairs of shoes -- one came in the wrong size and the other still has not arrived. Like many other folks here, my mistake was not checking reviews. When I click on the customer service link my screen goes blank. So much for a refund. Never again.

DO NOT buy from this company EVER! This is the very last time I'll be lured to buying anything online, unless from a reputable company.
I ordered a UK size 6 sandal and after about 3 weeks I received the sandals in a UK size 7.
I obviously sent a complaint email to be told that they packed what had been ordered! I sent them the order confirmation which clearly shows that size 6 is what I had ordered. I have now heard nothing and have to reconcile I have lost my money. This is criminal!

I wish I had checked out the reviews first!
Cheap and nasty, overpriced. Couldn’t get a full refund without paying £30 return costs. Got half of my money back. DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT buy from this company, they do not provide returns labels contrary to their terms of business. Returns have to be made to China - also not declared in their terms

I ordered leather sandals, womens size 7, medium width. They arrived today, after waiting more than 2 weeks. They are incredibly flimsy, but more importantly, they're at least a wide size 13. I can almost put both feet in one shoe! Don't waste your money.

Orthopaedic sandals,what a joke,My purchase only lasted 2 weeks,the sole came apart.Contacted customer service along with transaction details and images of sandal but they just kept coming back with”because they’ve have been worn they are unable to refund or replace.Great customer service don’t you think!🤔 Please do not encourage this seller you would be better buying from primark!!

Shoes are cheap plastic and not leather as advertised, also look different to picture

Trainers arrived in a zipper bag wrapped in bubble wrap too narrow and flimsynot a wide fitting , firm wanted photos which were sent, they appear to ignore emails asking to return for a refund. The trainers cost £40 with p and p.

Wrong shoes entirely, wrapped in bubble wrap. Wrong colour, size and definitely not orthopaedic. Supposed to be white sandal size 8. Instead got, black ankle boots size 6!!!!! Utterly disgusting service

I would give no stars if possible. Poor quality, tried to return as per t&C's but they want me to send them to China and pay shipping costs and any duty. Not worth doing.
So I'm out of pocket for £30 and have a rubbish pair of sandals.

I ordered shoe sizes 39.5 and they sent me shoe sizes.
Far too big for me and asked them for a returns instruction.
They want photos of shoes and packaging,which I did.
After that no response after several emails.
Please don't order from this company as you will not receive what you are expecting.

I gave this business a rating of 1 because I can't rate it a negative number.
My order took 2 weeks to receive and it wasn't as advertised. The sandals I received weren't the ones I ordered. They arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and a plastic shipping envelope. The package lacked an order summary or return instructions. The sandals are also extremely flimsy. The imitation leather is more like rice paper.
I have been requesting a return label since receiving the order 2 days ago. The company has not provided it yet.

SCAM website - shoes are poor quality, wrong size, arrived in plastic wrap as if second hand. They won't respond to my emails asking for a refund, and the website is a total LIE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Less than one star. Be careful dealing with this company.

I ordered two pairs of sandals on 5th of may from this company .The company saying family owned Podiatrist approved all day comfort .Both pairs terrible quality dreadful fit fake leather and from china I was told to return shoes .The postage for each pair £29.50 to return the shoes Dreadful
