From buying a new Marin…
From buying a new Marin full suspension bike through a dealership to buying accessories online at Marin everything I like about the brand and the products are great. I had been wanting to replace my old full suspension bike with a new one and after comparing top brands I decided that Marin was my favorite. Then I saw Matt Jones jump his house on one and was sold. 😂😁

I still haven't heard about my part…
I still haven't heard about my part being shipped four weeks after the order. There has been no reason given for any delay. I received an email on january 7 that i would be notified when my order had been picked, packed, and shipped.

Needed to identify a few missing parts…
Needed to identify a few missing parts for a new bike build. Their tech support was spot on as I sent them a picture of the bike frame and they quickly identified the correct parts and shipped them immediately. I have to say I was impressed that I had the parts in two days and they were exactly what I needed.
