Delivery driver/installation people let you down.
The sofa is lovely and the person that dealt with my order was fantastic and very helpful, the delivery on the other hand wasn't great. The installation wasn't great either, they couldn't get the sofa together properly mainly because they couldn't really be bothered, and actually wanted to leave without connecting the sofa properly, after I said no im not happy then continued with the installation push the sofa to the location I had asked and left, later that evening when I sat on the sofa properly it dipped I wasn't happy at all, had to get a friend to come and help me out the pieces together myself. That was my only issue and it has not put me off using this company in the future

The furniture is stunning very comfortable
The furniture is stunning very comfy and the support I need for my back as I’m waiting for my 4th operation! Friendly staff and helpful! The only thing I’d like is for the delivery drivers to take the packaging from the two big sofas!
Reply back to maple furniture about you saying the packaging has to stay incase of needing to be returned! The only problem there all the packaging is ripped into pieces to get the sofas out of the packaging! It’s not a major issue or anything it would just be a nice option to have considering there is no way of re packing it in the same packaging due to being ripped off! Kind regards Kayleigh

The furniture is beautiful but delivery terrible
The furniture is beautiful. Can’t fault the before customer service but the problem was delivery. They managed after half hour to get it in front door but would not help to get it in the living room for me. I am single mother in my own. I had to ask and phone round for help as I couldn’t get through the hall to even get to the toilet or leave for next day. They were impolite and didn’t care.
