I would definitely recommend. A really good service all round.
Delivered well wrapped and boxed, and a speedy delivery. Really tasty food which we can freeze. We always use M. Manze for their pie, mash and liquor. Never had a negative experience yet.

The order arrives when they say it will the pies are always full of meat and the liquor is spot on and it's very well packed it's our Saturday night treat

Food lovely but delivery driver didn't wait
The delivery driver knocked and left the parcel on the doorstep without waiting to see whether we were in, by the time we opened the door they had gone which is not OK, they need to wait for the door to be opened and the delivery accepted in person.

Always well packed and delivered on time, in my opinion Manze Pie Mash and Liquor are the best recommend to all.

Very disappointed
As Londoners now living in Lincolnshire, I treated my dad for his birthday to meat pie, mash, liquor and jellies eels. He was really looking forward to it, but sadly was very disappointed. The mash was very hard, the liquor was clumpy (even after adding extra water) and the jellies eels were thrown in the bin as they were too chewy.
I appreciate that it's not going to taste as good as purchasing on the day in the shop, but I wanted it to at least be edible.
Very disappointed and won't be buying again.

We were disappointed to read your comments regarding the mash, liquor and jellied eels, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. While our products are prepared to travel nationwide, they should still arrive in good condition and be enjoyable when prepared according to the instructions provided.

Unfortunately, your delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We also experienced technical issues with our phone system on the Friday, which meant we were unable to respond to calls as we normally would. As soon as we became aware of the issue, a member of our team contacted you by both phone and email on Saturday to provide an update.

I’ve been eating manzes for 60 years ln the shops and online delivery love it but this time my liquor was very watery unusual but it happened it won’t put me of though

Mixed experience
Easy to order, delivery service excellent. Pie and mash was good. The liquor delicious. Jellied eels were very disappointing. A few bits in a large tub of jelly. Taste and texture not nice. Threw them away.

Food not really eatable …
The pies were so hard you had to leave the crust as for the potato it would not even come out the container. I just wonder how long it had been there. The liquor. Seemed ok, but after I ate some of the meal I stuffer indigestion badly I was kept awake in pain to the middle of the night. I love pie and mash and have ordered before but after this I will only eat in one of the restaurants. Maybe not yours.

I ordered 10 pies and only 6 turned up
I ordered 10 pies and only 6 turned up. I phoned on Thursday 8th Oct and was told, after checking, that it would be sent out that night and would arrive on Friday 9th Oct. This was important as i had a dinner party Friday night that the food was booked for. I then received a call on Friday telling me that the pies had not been sent out and would now not arrive until Saturday - Too Late.
I cancelled the four pies and I was told that in way of compensation I could have a £25 voucher (which was no good to me) no offer of a reimbursement for the four pies that did not arrive was made.
Deeply disappointing service, ruined a meal I had planned.

Your order was delivered on Saturday 3rd October, and when you contacted us on the afternoon of Thursday 8th October to advise that four pies were missing, we did our best to arrange replacements. Unfortunately, due to the time of the issue being reported, we were unable to get the replacement pies to you before your event on Friday evening.
A refund for the four missing pies was processed and should appear in your account within 3-5 working days. We also offered a goodwill voucher as an additional gesture of apology, although we appreciate this did not help with the immediate issue.
We sincerely regret that we let you down on this occasion and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
