Delivery good..packaging excellent..cooking instruction helpfull..it was lovely to have pie mash eels and liquor after over 30 yrs..as young children when we lived london area..we would go and sit in at Manzes with Dad & Mum..such memories 😀

Delivery when said we'll packed n chilled n most of all the product amazing and made with pride and as a northern never had before but heard all about it so i tried and it was fabulous and will be ordering more soon thanks

I ordered pie and mash with stewed eels for my elderly relatives who haven’t been well recently and when they saw the well packaged box with Manze Pie & Mash on the side there faces light up . Chilled perfectly and packaged as required. I will be ordering again as it was so easy to book a slot and navigate the menu and delivery .
The little personalised thank you sticker on the box is a charming little touch . Well done to all involved. I will definitely be ordering again .

A little bit of trouble with the parcel carrier, but manzes staff were very helpful in solving the problem,

I haven't eaten anything at the moment but am always pleased with the food,however I was not happy with the delivery,it was left at reception and not at the address,it was 2 hours later that a delivery had been made,I was very dissatisfied with the driver,the food had partly thawed out,I hope it is okay to eat.

Proper Pie and Mash

Manze's, as usual first class for packaging and quality of food, but the courier company who delivered your parcel is to be questioned, they just left it on the doorstep in full view for everyone to see, when there was three wheelie bins they could of put it out of site

What a fantastic way to experience an authentic and delicious East End speciality! We ordered pie, mash, eels & liquor to be delivered to our home 100 miles from London, and it all arrived in perfect condition and tasted just like it does in the shop! Well done Manze's - superb service!

Ordered delivery service to come to the north west Blackpool My dad was so happy when it arrived the food was well packed. My dad said it still taste the same . We will.br definitely ordering again .

This was my first experience of M. Manze, having ordered pies as a birthday treat to enjoy with my daughter. Unfortunately, the entire experience was a complete disaster.

On TWO separate occasions, I waited at home for deliveries that never arrived. On both occasions, I had to contact the company myself to find out what was happening. There was no proactive communication whatsoever, and consequently two days of my time were unnecessarily wasted.

Despite two delivery arrangements, I received absolutely nothing.

I subsequently contacted management to express my disappointment, particularly regarding the lack of communication and the considerable inconvenience caused.

Their proposed gesture of goodwill? A 10% discount on a FUTURE purchase, worth approximately £3.22 on an equivalent order. In other words, I would have to spend more money with the company simply to benefit from this rather pathetic offer.

I politely questioned whether this was really an adequate response to two failed deliveries and two wasted days.

Their subsequent response was astonishing. Rather than reconsidering their offer, they actually CANCELLED the original 10% voucher because I had questioned its adequacy!

I found this response extraordinarily petty, petulant and discourteous, particularly from the management of such a long-established family business.

Beware of this company’s customer service. In my experience, it was virtually non-existent when things went wrong, and the subsequent handling of my complaint only made matters considerably worse.

I could easily have become a loyal customer for years. Instead, I have absolutely no intention of ever ordering from M. Manze again.

And perhaps the most extraordinary thing of all? After this entire experience, I’ve never even tasted one of their pies.

A thoroughly disappointing experience from beginning to end.

This was the first time I'd ordered from M Manze pie & mash. I ordered a cold delivery for a family gathering. The delivery was excellent with updates and a set time slot allocated. It was sent via dpd. I followed their cooking instructions on how to heat the food and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Since moving from Greenwich, London to Norfolk I missed our fix of pie and mash, but being able to get genuine pie, mash & liquor delivered to my door is amazing, perfect service and delivery, a little bit of home.

Everything from delivery to food was perfect.
