Me habéis estafado me habéis quitado 47 euros y yo no he pedido nada para eso y yo no tengo ningún manual

Pides un manual, te piden la tarjeta para pagar 0,45 €. Abajo del lugar en donde pones los datos de la tarjeta, en letra muy pequeña pone que después de 3 días, si no cancelas una "suscripción", te cobrarán 47,90€ AL MES. He hecho la reclamación al banco, pero no creo que me devuelvan los 47,90€. Es una web engañosa, claramente, y supongo que mucha gente será estafada.

Son unos estafadores te cobran por un manual 0,45€ manual que nunca te envían y luego a los días te cobran una suscripción de 47,90€ Estafadores.

SCAM ALERT Paid €0.40 for a Balay hob manual which was never supplied. Then a few days later a charge of £40.40 appeared on my credit card statement! The fraud department at my credit card company explained that I had been subscribed without my consent and asked me to put this in writing to Manuals-help and I am expecting a refund within five days. BEWARE!!!

Requested one brochure for 0.47 cents and never got it. Requested a refund and after 2 days got charged 47 euros!!!! Never again, thieves

How is it possible that this website still exists, after so many years of scamming?
There are no laws to persecute or at least block them to protect people against this kind of activity.

Scammers. This site needs taking down. I've had to cancel my bank card to avoid more withdrawals. I never received any manual and they took €47. I should have checked their site on here 1st. 😕😢

Scam scam scam. I paid 40 cents for a manual for my tractor Renault 751.4S. They said , i will receiver the manual in my email ( never received ) . After 2 months , They charged from my Bank account 46 euro . I called at my Bank, They explained me , The people from manuals-help.com , subscriped me to a monthly subscription , with my card banc information 46 euro /month. The most important: i wasnt subscribed for a such thing. They are scaming people .

Complete scam. They ask for 45 cents for a manual and then they start taking €47.90 from your card.

Skammilta vaikuttaa ,rahstusta vaan ei tuu mitään vaikka maksanut manuaalin luvatulla 0,45 eur , sitten ilmoitetaan että veloitetaan joka kk 45 euroo jotakin .3 s-postit läkettänyt ei mitään vastausta .Nyt saa yrittää pankista blokata nuo scammerit .

Lo que menos se me ocurrio, que Manuals Help seria un sitio maligno, de ladrones He tenido que bloquear una targeta bancaria. Ojala que les pillen, se traguen muchas targetas, y se indigesten

If I can rate these SCAMMERS with a -10 stars I would. First they said that a manual for an oven I needed in pdf will only cost me 45cents in euros. Then I received an email saying that the manual will come shortly. Nothing did. So I forgot about it and moved on. But I check my bank account and found out these scammers took 47.90€ a month after that first small scam they did. I called the telephone number on their website to ask for a refund but the number does not even exist!!! These guys are PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ REVIEWS ABOUT THEM BEFORE PAYING THEM EVEN IF THEY ARE INITIALLY JUST IN CENTS BECAUSE LATER, THEY WILL KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. THESE SCAMMERS ARE MAKING A LOT OF MONEY AT OUR EXPENSE. I HOPE THEY GET TAKEN DOWN LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!

They wanted my credit card number to open a free account and promised that "Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED for the free membership. But then immediately sent two charges to my bank: $49.94 and $1.00. The bank immediately sent me several fraud notices.

Beware - be very aware.

I cancelled my subscription after the first month and they have now taken SIX months x 47.90
