Closed my account. Signed up for Gamstop. They then re-open my account without my permission, contact me and offer me a reason to play and then block my email without resolving. This is theft.
Like others say, while the bonuses look great… if you manage to play through to withdrawal they never actually pay out. Avoid

Avoid avoid avoid if I could give no stars I would. I have spent 7 weeks chasing a withdrawal that had a status of success !! I raised a complaint against the company and surprise surprise they have now said that I don’t have a registered email (they verified it) idiots and I have been playing fraudulently, how low can you actually go to avoid paying me I only ever played slots and the same game it is disgusting what these companies do, this particular company does not have a valid licence as I have just found out they will do and say anything to avoid paying out !!

Same story as everyone else!! Long verification times and then confiscated the winnings due to some clause!! Utterly disgusting behaviour. You go on the site with your own good intentions only to be scammed.
The people that have written that they had good experiences, someone or AI has written those.

Absolutely shocking casino the whole experience has been dire to say the least.. verification of KYC took 11 days, I played through my bonus wager and won £1000 withdrew it, sat in processing for 9 days to then be told they confiscated my winnings due to using games not aloud to be used with bonus, when I looked at the games not aloud it’s pretty much all slots they have. This was never stated on accepting bonus. They give constant excuses and simply don’t want payout. This casino is one big scam! very shady operation! Avoid!

Absolutely disgusting customer service, took 10 days to verify account, when states 48 hours then I managed to play through £1800 to be able the funds from a £50 deposit to be told it wasn’t eligible due to playing on two games that weren’t within the promotion, when starting to play these games it should state don’t go towards the play through, and shouldn’t go towards the promotion. Absolutely con artists and would never visit this monstrosity again

I set up my account played £100 won £900 being waiting weeks for verification no acknowledgement what so every from their email address or anything ended up playing again and bam it resets the game and you win nothing
While waiting for verification to happen although it’s been weeks and they are swamped so they say I have noticed my money has gone from £600 to £300 and no am not playing games it’s just sat in my account and I messaged them and guess what they blocked me now
So the £300 is waiting in my withdrawals
It’s a scammers site which won’t pay your money out and steals your winnings when your aren’t even playing
