Closed my account. Signed up for Gamstop. They then re-open my account without my permission, contact me and offer me a reason to play and then block my email without resolving. This is theft.

My very first withdrawal I got pretty much instant like the next day and my second withdrawal took nearly 2 weeks and on my third withdrawal I waited 3 weeks and still didn’t get a withdrawal kept getting excuses from them I kinda give up and played with that money and lost it and I managed to get to Gold rank which says once you do you will get faster withdrawals which you don’t it’s a scam I would avoid this website do not recommend, I made a withdrawal on 20th of sept now it’s 16th oct had no withdrawal

Id give no stars if I could 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my withdrawal keep getting the same old excuses 9 emails I've sent not one reply avoid this site at all costs

Well tbh I was waiting for this to happen as I’d seen all the previous reviews. I had given them the opportunity to be fair but it seems they don’t want to play that way.
On the 1st Sept I withdrew £1000, was still waiting on the 4th Oct & after many many chats with support all to no avail, I go on today and find my withdrawal has expired!!!! How crazy is that? They can’t process it within a month because they say they are inundated with work but it expires before they deal with it!! With hindsight I should have steered well clear of this place. If I do get the amount requested I will rescind this review and put right but not at the moment!

Firstly I want to say that I am a genuine customer of the website and no I am not an employee. They are legitimate as I have had two withdrawals from them for £1000 (which equates to £989 via SEPA). The VIP account manager has been amazing and made me feel valued. For anyone thinking of joining this site please understand two things 1. If you get a deposit bonus then there are only certain games you can play it on which I believe are pragmatic however I just stick with Big bass games and 2. Withdrawals can take around three to five days to process. Yes there are some withdrawal limits but it is what it is at the end of the day. They do pay and the VIP managers from my experience has been amazing. I would strongly advise you to complete verification via KYC before depositing then once that has been verified play, win withdraw. So far my experience has been amazing and the staff have been very helpful

Shocking casino. Refused payout of real money wager, due to a previous bonus not being used correctly. I’d avoid this Casino. It was only £300 and they still rejected it. They should be ashamed!

Total scam. They send you a text message claiming you've won, but after creating an account on their website, it turns out it's fake, haha.

I have been trying for the last 2 months to withdraw my winnings. I have chatted with so say support team. And they just keep telling me to wait. Currently waiting on a withdrawal - it's passed the 36 hour timeframe that I was told I had to wait. I'm verified 100% and when I'm looking for answers I'm getting told to wait, hence the review. I will edit if anything moves forward.

£20000 taken from me games crashed or stopped working I complained they said well we will pay you a £1000 in compensation then they said I have to prove my age I’m 46 and paid with credit cards you can’t have a credit card unless you are 18 then I was blocked because of my complaints I’ve contacted solicitors and the police but because this site is not on GameStop they are allowed to steal

I opened a loot box won 1000 pound to my account they never paid me instead gave me £2.50 and said it was my internet connection when I told them what happened they first said I had only opened 2 loot boxes when I said you can see I had 3 they then fed me false data be careful of this site guys

Passport scan is perfect for governments or banks but they would tell you the color tone is slightly off so they wont accept.
I assupe its in their operational procedures to annoy you with never ending KYC so you wont withdraw
