Great communication and fab service

I had a chat with them about something I ordered. Just to find out some info and they then made sure it would be sent sooner than I was expecting. Brilliant people, brilliant service.

Keep well clear of this company i returned an item and heard nothing, completely ignored my emails, luckily I bought the item via PayPal who themselves resolved the problem and refunded my money, again keep clear!!!

- Website had contradictory information about whether surfboard delivery was free or not, which was frustrating when trying to decide on a vendor. - The delivery was delayed due to issues with courier company. - communication was good regards both issues above.

Bought this surfboard and the courier was kind of disappointing. This said, the Mango Surfing customer care (Summer) was superb in being always available, transparent, honest, and getting things sorted with no stress to me

Brilliant. Items arrived within a couple of days of ordering and I was really happy with my items and a really nice touch was the personalised hand written note thanking me for my purchases and giving me a discount code for my next order. Things like that make a big difference. I highly recommend Mango Surf

I ordered a surfboard on 22.3. I have not received the board or a tracking number. I have since learnt that they have gone into liquidation. A search of the gazette for mango surfing ltd will give you more information. I have tried calling and told I will be called back but noone does.

I am currently promised refund by email from warehouse. I will update if it arrives.

update: I was refunded on 6.4. Thanks to Andy in warehouse team

The team were amazing. Slight hiccup with delivery, however after contacting them, they pulled out all stops and personally delivered my items.
