One of the worst recovery firms I have dealt with my company van broke down failed and the truck that they sent out was shocking breaking to parts leading to leaking oil out all over the place and breaking down. In middle of road and causing havoc blocking full road the boss clearly didn't care about his staff safety or anything

Wishbone failed just before Christmas left me stranded in the middle of the road 11.30pm main road to Manchester, Mike (I think that was his name, had a few beers since ) turned up in his recovery truck very helpful gave me advice on how to fix my car wasn't even bothered about the 2 security dogs sat in the car watching him, got my car on his truck and got me back home, what a top bloke, Mike it's my round if you're in Middleton, I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again

Truck turned up sat morning to recover my car from driveway to main dealers approx 2 miles away, when he turned up he said couldn't do it with this truck and would need their robot truck due to it being parked on the type of drive surface i have, he was there about 10 mins then he left. i phoned them up again to ask about the robot recovery and was told yes but it would cost an extra £300 on top of the £150 I'd already paid so £450 in total. when asked if there was any discount because of the first UN-recovery was told NO as the first truck turned up even though he didn't recover my car he slipped up at first by saying there was a £65 call out fee but when I mentioned this he just shrugged it off instead offering to waive the mileage fee? from base to base I'd spoken to 2 other people about the fee for the robot and neither mentioned mileage fees, talk about taking advantage,at least Richard(wont let me type shortened name of Richard) Turpin wore a mask

Sarcastic old man for no reason, seemed annoyed he had to do his job!
Asked about payment as it was on behalf of a family member (unaware covered by AA) answered very sarcastically, no need…

Martin helped us recover our car today and take it to a place of safety after I skidded on the ice and broke the steering arm. After a horrible experience with the RAC prevously Martin really put me at ease and resolved a really tricky issue.

He took the time to hear me out, didn't judge and just helped me out of a crap situation.

He is a great guy and a credit to the company.

I woke up to find my clutch pedal floating effortlessly to the ground 🙄 called these chaps up and they sent an absolute legend, Shawn Scouse, got my pedal moving freely in no time, have to say he's an old school mechanic, and we all know they are the best. Big thumbs up, thanks a lot Shawn Scouse 👍

Thanks MB59 (Dave) for transporting my trike over to Chapel-en-le-Frith. Clearly a professional who diligently loaded and strapped down my broken pride and joy with great care.

Car wouldn't start on drive.Couldn't identify problem.Rang Manchester Recovery.Arrived very promptly .Hardly out of the van when the problem was identified.as defunct battery.New battery ordered immediately over the phone after jump start and within 30 mins or so was fitted at workshop.Also all engine levels were checked and replenished.Reasonable price.Can't praise enough

My husband and son had been at the football and came out to the car not starting. We live in Scotland and this was in Manchester. Phoned these guys at 2302 for help and they were fast, friendly and quick to get the car back on the road. Car was fixed by 2340.
My husband phone was running out of battery so it was myself that gave them the call. They were so kind that they phoned me up to let me know that they were back on the road as the phone battery had gone by the time the car was fixed.

Was in a shop this morning and yesterday, the guys who work at Manchester breakdown services were ordering breakfast, I was in the queue. I have never witnessed anyone being so rude to retail staff. It’s disgusting. Seen some great reviews on here for their customer service. Need to learn some manners when out and about advertising the company they work for!

Excellent recovery company who responded quick, polite and really helpful. My car broke down initially day before and Chris came to diagnose and get battery running, unfortunately it died again next day when booked into get its new battery but Craig came to rescue!!! Very grateful to these great guys and much appreciated, would definitely recommend and use services again.

incredible quick response and efficient attention .tyre change and replace within minutes. Max was cheerful, kind and just wonderful

Brilliant service. My daughter is at university in Manchester and has no contacts in the area to help. This company were so helpful and sorted her out quickly. We are so appreciative of their kindness.

Terrible service.. was verbally assaulted by a member of staff from here. In Lees on Tuesday 3rd August, just before 5pm. I was called a f***ing ar****le and had a broken down car pushed in front of mine after parking where I was asked by them to park. All caught on CCTV footage by the pub just behind and opposite.. waiting for a call back from the manager. Also caught the member of staff taking photos of the broken down car blocking mine and laughing about it. Disgraceful

Motorbike clutch cable snapped. Tim came out quickly and recovered me back as he was unable to fix the problem. Truck was very clean and he took extra care when loading and securing my bike. Quick service will use again.

Fast call out had a blow out today were there within 30 min with a tyre really pleasant driver
