From the initial phone call to discuss the sale of a BTL property Manaks seemed 'on it' with a prompt and pro-active response/attitude. Compared with solicitors involved with other recent sale transactions they easily proved the best and I'd happily use them again when a situations arises.

We went to Manak Solicitors specifically for Samir due to his reputation in handling fare evasion cases, in our case TFL regarding misuse of a high value card. He was professional, thoughtful and understanding throughout, letting us know the realistic outcomes. Based on the circumstances, he suggested we only had a 30% chance of avoiding prosecution and would have to obtain a psychologist report. However, exactly a week after our response to TFL, we received an email saying we had been let off with a warning. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with similar cases!

We were recommended Manak although we're not too local to them, but we're really happy we went with them for our house purchase conveyancing. We had a house fall through at the survey stage and they were very empathetic and charged us very fairly - so we re-instructed them when we found another house, and the process was very smooth from start to completion.
