I still haven't got my order
I still haven't got my order. I was told by the malenzo team, that it should of been delivered few days back. But still nothing.
its been over 14 days now.

You ordered at 16.46 on 25/12/21 (Christmas Day) which is 8 days ago (4 working days) not ‘over 14 days’ which you have stated here.
Due to bank holidays on the 25th, 26th and the 27th the earliest we could send the order with The Royal Mail was on the 28th December which we did do as you can see on the tracking email we sent to you, we also paid for next working day delivery for you, as we do with all our customers so it should of been there on the 29th but The Royal Mail have advised us of slight delays in some areas due to staff shortages due to Covid which we explained to you via email aswell as apologising for the inconvenience caused but this situation is unfortunately out of our control but we have updated and responded to you and done our upmost to help you.
Again we have another bank holiday again tomorrow so it should arrive on Tuesday we have been advised.
Like we have done so far, we will keep you updated and respond to anymore queries you have but rest assured the parcel will be with you shortly and we apologise again on behalf of The Royal Mail for the delay in getting to you.
If there’s anything else we can do to help please let us know.

Revised review after writing this review I was contacted instantly from customer service I have to apologise as it was my fault for not seeing a small parcel amongst the letters after returning home today from a stay away over Christmas once opening the parcel my garment I ordered was in the parcel but 1 item short
Within 20 mins of the review customer service a very kind gentleman called James was in contact with me and we went over everything together and he explained it seems they missed the 1item out on delivery this has been amended on their end and sent out for delivery tomorrow morning ASAP with also 10 % discount on top
This is excellent customer service and also the item I have received is a quality fit and look forward to ordering more cloths from malenzoknitwear in the future

Top was to small
Top was to small, so wanted to exchange. There was no return/exchange form in the package and there isn't one on your website for download. No phone number available so emailed for a form to be sent. Received form but it doesn't have a column to put the size required if exchanging so had to write this next the box. I Returned the package and then receive an email saying I've been refunded my money! Shouldn't be too difficult to get something exchanged. Shame as the quality of the top couldn't be questioned.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Although we sorted this out with you at the time via email I’ll reply just so people understand what happened.
We issued you a full refund the day we received your return as the size you wanted to exchange for was sold out, the problem was that you didn’t receive the automated email you should of explaining the reason for the refund rather than the exchange so again we would like to apologise for that as this caused the confusion.
Regarding the returns form, we ask all of our customers on our website to ask us for a returns form when and if they require one and we send it over via email which helps us reduce our carbon footprint.
We do appreciate the feedback as we went on to resolve this technical issue afterwards and also the kind words about the quality of our garments mean a lot.
We hope to speak to you again soon when we do have your size restocked.
