Ordered 4 unique silver charms, all were as pictured and arrived in good time. Appreciate the great selection - they are getting increasingly hard to source and Maldon had some quite unusual charms.

Hello,
I am glad you liked the order and of course the customer service. From our email conversation I was hoping all would fit with the clip and jump ring on the other, so I hope all worked out ok and you got the refund for the second clip that wasn't required.
That sounds more complicated when I just typed that out!
Anyway, thank you again and have a great 2024!!!!
Kind regards Simon
Products are as shown
Products are as shown, but smaller then expected.

Hello,
many thanks for the stars and review.
I am sorry that they were smaller than expected. Was it both charms or just one in particular?
Many years back we wondered how we could convey the size more accurately to customers and thought the most universal form of measurement was a ruler. Initially, we used just the mm side, but with confusion from some who prefer inches, we then continued with showing photos of the 5000+ charms in inches as well as mm. Usually, there are around 3 extra photos showing, incorporating the side, length and width with reverse views.
With all of that said, it's only when you have something in front of you that you can appreciate how perfect, small or large an item is.
Over the years, some have suggested a better comparison would be a finger nail or coin. Unfortunately, we all have different sizes of fingernails and coins do not have a universal size and I doubt some of our overseas customers would be familiar with the size of a new English 5 pence piece.
Thank you again for the order and please let us know if we can ever help in the future.
Kind regards SImon

Brilliant service
Can't believe how helpful the staff were at Maldon Jewellery. They went the extra mile to ensure that my Great Niece was able to enjoy wearing her new necklace at her 'sweet 16th' birthday party. It was a pleasant surprise to note the good quality of the charm and chain as the price had been so reasonable. Thank you for excellent service.

Ohhhh, don't tell me the price was reasonable as I will have to increase them!!
Only joking!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write the review. I think the sad thing nowadays is that you expect something to go wrong or for someone NOT to do what they say they are going to do, which seems to be more commonplace now. When things do work out you are left with this feeling of joy that what should have happened, HAS happened.
Maybe it's just the Victor Meldrew in me (Look him up kids)
Anyway, thank you again and please let us know if we can ever help in the future.

Hello.
Thank you so much for the order and review and I am glad you like the silver skier charm.
Just in case you need any other skiing charms, we also have ski poles charms as well as snowflakes charms and snow persons charms.
I am not sure if it's politically correct to call a snowman a snowman.
Anyway "Snowflakes" aside.
Take care
Kind regards Simon
